Delicious and healthy
Many years ago I started following Anthony William Medical Medium. I have learned so much thanks to him and, among other things, I have learned **gluten feeds viruses, bacteria and all kinds of pathogens.**My quest for gluten free/dairy free/egg free products has continued.I made these penne rigate and I am absolutely in love with the taste and top notch quality of this pasta. No wonder! It's made in Italy!! In only 12 minutes I got these perfectly "al dente" and the taste is great.All in all: gluten free, dairy free, egg free, organic and such great taste!I will continue buying this brand.

Excellent flavor
I will be purchasing more of this product. A healthy alternative to durum or semolina wheat pasta. Cooks well. Tastes great. Even the 3 year old loved it.
