Still a good value
Buggy seemed great and was a lot of fun until something went wrong - all during the first day on a mowed flat backyard. I noticed the front wheels were not driving anymore - only the rear wheels did. I ordered a replacement buggy and this one went back. We'll see how the second one does. UPDATE: The second replacement buggy by DHK held up good so far. We might have had a defective part in the first buggy. Build is still very decent for an entry level hobby grade car. I can recommend it as a very good value and would still buy another one by DHK.

Wolf 2 is a little terror
This little buggy knocks it right out of the park. I bought it for $99.99 at my Livy Hobby Shop... If I knew then what I know now I'd a bought 10. Besides the price has bumped up considerably but no where disqualifying it as a purchase. I bought it with a fancy charger and larger battery. Haven't even bothered to use it this thing is blazing fast and capable of doing almost any terrain (at least in my local park with blotches of grass tree stumps pot wholes -nothing stomps this little buggy. And the battery never went out on me after 20 minutes.

Have had it for over a month now.(20 or so uses)
Great re-introduction to the hobby. It's a quick, tough and fun 4wd buggy. Bought it at a local hobby shop for $110. Had only small issues with the servo going out but only because I hit the curb at full speed, which does feel like 20+ mph. (boght another for $10) the on/off switch and ESC had cheap double sided tape, fixed with Velcro.I was able to remove the main drive shaft, converting it to Rwd and It was a blast. Loves to slide around putting down great torque. In 4wd it's a decent climber, driving over large gravel with ease.(3-4 inch rocks@RR tracks). THE BATTERY AND CHARGER ARE A JOKE. Get your self a quick charger and a higher miliamp battery.4hr charge vs 1 hr, 15mins of use vs 25+. Overall, I'm very pleased with the perches. Enough that I wrote my first review. 👍

Durable little rtr buggy
Bought this little guy used for 35 bucks mainly as a loaner car for my friends who don't have cars and also for the neighborhood kids so I don't have to keep letting them drive my slash that I've dumped a bunch of money into, for what the car is it is a great beginner car as well as loaner car, replace the stock steering servo and you'll be good to go, more of a car only for dirt not much of an asphalt car I did bend a front shock and blow up the steering servo, both easy fixes, just replaced the front shocks with my stock rear Traxxas slash shocks and upgraded the servo and then thing seems to be running great, very well balanced handles pretty well, took a good beating on the jumps, all in all if your looking to get into the hobby or just buy something inexpensive so others can play with you, I'd say this is a good buy

weak batteries hold a charge for very entertaining 10 maybe 12 minutes of hobby joy..
Nothing but problems. I really think this car is skillfully designed to get the consumer back to the store to buy more motors, speed sensors, steering servos, batteries.... I bought 2 of them for my 13 and 14 year old sons and within 1-1/2 weeks: on both cars: weak batteries hold a charge for very entertaining 10 maybe 12 minutes of hobby joy .... Then back on the charger for 8 hours...then a motor goes, a steering servo goes, then a speed sensor goes, then a rear axle hubs wears, creating binding, now, there is some kind of short in the wiring, making it go full RPM when you plug the battery into it--whether it is on or off; subsequently injuring one of my sons. All of this happened within only 3-4 weeks of buying it, under normal off road use, only driving these money pits every couple days.Their good friend bought a traxxas truck a year ago; has never had to go back to the hobby shack--ever. No problems with it at all, only one repair. Don't waste your time with this. Good price point, but at the end of about 2-3 months you will have bought enough parts, and spent enough time/ frustration/ disappointment & gas for a traxxas

Great first car but screws frequently coming loose, getting lost
Had to purchase additional screws for the steering assembly as they are constantly popping out and getting lost.
