Works great saved me a lot of Money
Just installed these and so far they are pretty sturdy. My old fobs busted and these so far are working well. The key blade is a very tight fit but with a little work you can get it in. All the other components transferred very easily. I bought this for a 2008 Lexus RX 350. I think it will work for a long time.

Exact replica (as long as you got the blade and brain)
The key to my 2002 Lexus GS300 finally broke in pieces (understandable since the key was 23 years old🤷🏼♀️)The plastic casing cracked which then caused it to break in half - but the key blade itself was still intact and the electronic “brain” inside it of the plastic casing -which internally houses the battery and the chip (that the car reads when the key is put into the ignition in order to signal to turn over the engine)Also the 3 buttons to the car located on the outside of the “brain” (lock/ unlock/trunk/panic buttons) -all of it intactI could have had a new key made/duplicated as many would probably do as they assume it’s the only option but that would have cost me $200-400 thanks to the chip that would need to be programmed into the new key which makes it so priceyBut since I had all the parts I needed I felt I had other options -a little Amazon search and I was right !! And for only $5.99 ?! Winning !!!Delivered to my house in 2 days -exactly as expected, everything I needed, popped the old parts out, new parts in, put it together, screwed in the new screw with the mini screwdriver all provided with my $5.99 purchase -went and tested it just in case and not a problem!Fit like a glove, literally is exactly the key it used to be 23 years ago to a T and I bet I could get another 23 years out of this new key -if the car would let it happen by lasting that long but I’m sure this replacement key will long outlive the car lol

Fits… almost
My original key case was cracked and got progressively worse so I bought this to replace the case rather than replacing the entire key for my 2008 Lexus 400h.The actual battery component of the key fit great (although the plastic for the replacement case is a little thicker, so the buttons don't protrude out as much). But to remove the actual key KEEP IN MIND you have to use pliers or melt the plastic to get the key out of the original case. Additionally, once I removed the key, the hole to put the metal key in was much too small. I had to use pliers and force the key in. Additionally, the case wouldn't close all the way and now there is still a gap.Pros: Easy and cheap replacementCons: Had to remove key from original case and force the key in the new case, new case is still too tight to screw closed.

Worked Perfectly and Saved Some $$$$
My old plastic housing broke off from the key blade as I was not looking forward to paying a $100 to get a new key and have it programmed, which is a major inconvenience where I live at.Then I seen these. What a great value. If they wanted to make it an option, including a new battery to make it a one stop purchase.

Does the job, horrendous fit. BROKE AFTER A YEAR
While it does TECHNICALLY fit, it leaves a lot to be desired. Considering this product is just plastic and doesn't require any advanced machining, this was very disappointing. The key blade itself was a nightmare to get into the small plastic holder they provide. I heard of some people soaking it in warm water, or using lube to get the blade in. I used some WD-40 and pliers and got it with some patience.Once you put the fob/transponder in, the casing doesn't close all the way, even after I did some sanding and got it to fight a little bit better, it still will not close all the way. I've concluded the issue is not one of rough edges that can be sanded down, but rather the whole casing itself is just slightly too small to fit it all in there nicely. The buttons are now recessed WAY deeper than the on the original key, which makes pushing the buttons slightly more awkward and annoying since you have to stick you finger IN the slot to push the button, but its still possible.Overall, not sure why this product was so highly rated, perhaps it is just my year and key that it doesn't fit well for. Given the price, I can't be too mad, but I will be looking around for another option, but this will work for the mean time.EDIT: In about April 2023, a year after we bought this product, the whole shell cracked and broke. Horrendous product. Stay away.

Aftermarket key fob shell Round 2
This is my second time buying a shell from Amazon. My first one had a logo, but it had fitment issues and cracked immediately. With this knowledge I avoided that vendor and tried to find a new one with the best reviews. All had the same issues but this vendor had the least of them. From what I know now, I test fitted the plastic hilt that goes around the base of the key blade and sure enough it was too tight. (On my former case I had cracked the hilt during assembly so I didn't want to be forceful putting it on. This is also why I ordered a set of 2 shells.) So this time I put some oil on the blade and heated up the hilt over a space heater and got the hilt on about 98% on the blade. I test fitted the blade assembly and electronics on one half of the shell and fitment was tight, but enough to attached the other half. Same as my last case and the reviews here, there was a gap near the blade end. I didn't want to cut or sand anything down for that perfect Lexus fit and I didn't want to take away any material strength because my last case had cracks here too. So I ordered a silicone key fob cover to hide that gap. I would not recommend this case.

Not OEM exactly. Slightly larger. No auto maker logo.
Not OEM exactly but inexpensive and it works. Somewhat difficult to put the key through the sleeve, I had to use pliers.
