This is good cornbread.
Making cornbread is not that hard. Still, this makes it super easy. It tastes good, too. Not too sweet, but tasty. I’ve bought it twice when I’m trying to hit the $25 limit for next day shipping.

It's pretty good, but way overpriced
This was super yummy and double the size of a jiffy mix, but it's pretty overpriced for its flavor. Don't get wrong, it's good. It's just whole foods market expensive.

Good cornbread
The cornbread was easy to mix together, a little high priced, very smooth and easy to remove from the pan. It's a little bland...not quite 'corn' flavored enough. A little sweet, but not like cake.

Whole Foods was started in Texas so this is going to be a southern cornbread. This is delicious and not nearly as bad for you as pretty much anything else I have found.If you are upset by the crumbly texture, shut your yankee mouth and go get one of the gazillion other mixes that you cater to you.
