I've always liked omnicharge's products and love that they include an outlet on it. It's an expensive but perfect buy that will last you a while. If the battery ever goes out, you can always buy a new one and replace it on this. (Even though it might be a little difficult to do so). It's powerful, able to charge my iPhone 12 Pro Max from dead to full many times, along with keeping my switch powered. I even have it doing pass through charging where the battery charges, but also is charging my MacBook Pro at the same time. It's an excellent product and a part of my every day carry. It keeps you powered wherever you go, especially where there isn't any outlets. It does take most of the battery's charge though when you charge a MacBook Pro 15 inch from zero to full. But it extends my use of my laptop for another charge cycle. It's beefy and a little heavy, but worth it when you're outside at a bench for an example and have no outlets to power your devices. To those on the fence about the battery and its steep price, take time and think about this. Its a great investment if you're always on the go and never near an outlet. Coming from an omnicharge fan, their backup batteries are no joke and definitely worth the money. Treat yourself, get something awesome and make the best use out of it! And if worse comes to worse and you don't like it or it doesn't fit your life, return it. But I promise you it's a useful device and a great carry, especially when you need to power many different things at once. The outlet is just a plus! I recommend this product and hope you fall in love with it the same way I did.

Very happy with this charger, it charges up my devices very quickly. Also, it holds a charge for a long time. I sometimes forget it's in my backpack, several weeks at a time, and it still at 100%.

Got this unit for traveling and I am pleased. At first I was taken back at the size. It will not go in your pocket but if your purse is big it will. Anyway it charges up very quickly and handles multiple devices at once. Was able to use on airplane with computer and charge cell phone. At meetings I can plug in all devices without cord’s going everywhere. Family can charge multiple phones and computers and the battery tells you what percentage is left. I plug the charger in will it was charging and it charged up after then it was being used up. Love it

Bought this and really wanted to love it. It broke. After a fight they replaced the battery. Then... broke again, no power no display. Save the effort and time, throw out the $500.

I purchased this battery a year ago and have been testing it in a variety of settings. I've used it pretty heavily as a commuter on public transit, as a backup on camping trips, and as an extended battery for mobile devices on long road trips.Overall my verdict on this battery is that it's durable, long lasting, but a little on the heavy side.DurabilityHaving used this battery in both commuting and outdoor backpacking settings I've been fairly rough with it. It's been tossed around in a backpack that is itself getting thrown on the ground, into cars, and other types of impact scenarios. The battery is often in one of my outer pockets for ease of use and with that it does absorb pretty frequent impacts. This being the case I've not noticed any difference in the speed of powering it on or functional degradation. In addition the silicon covers and hard buttons have also shown no sign of wear even after a year of pretty hard use.Long LastingAs previously stated I've owned my omnicharge ultimate for over a year and in that time I've used it practically every day. Normal lithium ion batteries tend to have an upper limit to the amount of cycles they can charge for before the battery begins to exhibit diminishing returns on each charge. That said I haven't noticed any such issue yet. Meaning that even after a year of heavy use the typical reduction in maximum charge isn't noticeable.HeavyThe one drawback I've noticed is the weight of the device overall. Given the use-cases I've had it makes sense why the weight of this device would stand out. I'm sure in other situations it's not as prominent. But in my experience using it for more mobile applications the heft really stands out.

Received the Omnicharge Ultimate today and performed several tests. For charging, I used both grid (charger included) and solar (ALLPOWERS Portable Solar Panel 18v) and it charged very well with both! For DC discharging, I used my cellphone, laptop, and other loads and it works! For AC discharging, I plugged in my laptop, lamp, and cellphone charger, it all worked great!My only comment to Omnicharge would be that sometimes the screen can be dim and hard to read under sunlight. I didn't notice this indoors, however when charging with solar it can be a little difficult to read.Overall, a fun product to use and test! Looking forward to using it on a camping trip and will update my review!Update: 2024-01-13After several camping trips, this combo has served me very well! Keeping my kids toys charged was very simple and we even watch whole movies while keeping the laptop charged. Versatility while maintaining a compact form factor has made the Omnicharge Ultimate a must have!
