An Online Virtual World With Your Own House The fun doesn't end with this plush animal, however. Each pet includes a code on its tag that lets you play online at LittlestPetShop. com for a year. To play with the online component, you will need an Internet connection and sign up for a new account at www. littlestpetshop. com. There is no software to download as the game is completely Web-based and only uses a Web browser. Parents may need to help their children get started by registering a new account. Once the account has been made and the secret code is entered, a virtual version of your adopted pet will be visible on screen. You can name this virtual pet anything you want, and the pet even has its own house and garden. Moving your character around the virtual world is accomplished by simply clicking where you want your pet to go. There are various games within the world, symbolized by icons such as a soccer ball or water balloons, and that are accessible simply by clicking on them. One game that is accessible early in the world is Water Balloon Poppin, a puzzle game that is both fun and promotes problem solving. When you finish, you see your score compared to high scores from other players around the world. If you have a high score, it is saved. Depending on your score, you earn kibble coins (virtual dollars) that can be used in the various shops to purchase items such as clothing, home decorations, and plants. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the virtual world is quite complete. Some features such as the "Home of the Day" section in the newspaper are still under construction. This was a nice little cat to hold, but it has a secret code to put you on a game on the computer..Where you can make a virtual cat and play games with it, name it, etc. 6-10 yrs old seemed to really like it.

Littlest Pet Shop VIP Cat I ordered the Littlest Pet Shop VIP Cat as a gift for my granddaughter.It exceeded all expectations...she loved it, and has greatly enjoyed the fun internet play engendered by it. I highly recommend this fun and inexpensive toy. I rate it very highly.

Beware it's used stuffed animal
I bought this for my daughter's friend's birthday. But the shipment came without any reciept and no packaging inside and clearly it is an used stuffed animal. Many dirty spots on the cat. It was a lovely cat I believe but I just didn't expected to be at this condition. Very bad.

Coolest Littlest Pet Shop EVER!
My six year old daughter got this as a gift from me. She is a stuffed animal fanatic and loved the cat and how soft it is. Once I explained the whole online play thing she was really excited. Setting everything up was easy and she was playing in minutes. Online she loves to play the games and travel to each of the different areas. You win little coins when you play the games and you can use them to shop for your pet. She loves winning the coins and then buying furniture and clothes for her cat. It is really an adorable cat and idea. While the subscription online is only for a year I will be willing to renew or buy a new pet. It is so much fun for her.

for the computer savvy kid
this is fun, fun, fun. The toy itself is soft and cuddly enough to sleep with. The computer access to a world of games is wonderfully interactive. There are outfits and accessories to "buy" but you must "earn" the points by becoming better at the games and playing them often is the key to "success"(video style)I am happy with the lessons this is teaching my granddaughter and she is happy playing. The games are simple and easy to master while still fun and rewarding. Amazon has a great price on this toy...the best we found and we looked hard as it was HER money being spent(and saved)

This cat is a hit!!!!
My 6-year-old daughter loves the littlest pet shop toys and this is by far her most favorite item. She gets to go online and play in a virtual world with her pet. There are different games and activities you have access to when you have the special code for the VIP. When she is not playing online with her pet, she is carrying it everywhere with her. I recommend this toy if your child likes to play games on the computer and enjoys the littlest pet shop line of toys.

Nice Kitty
My oldest daughter loves stuffed animals and she loves littlest petshop, so this was a no brainer. The look of these dolls is definitely unique. The great thing about them is that they came with a code that allowed her to "play with" her stuffed friend online. The website is very age appropriate and I have no problem letting both my squirrels play there.
