Libation Discreet 2-Bottle Wine Carrier | Hidden and Insulated Compartment with Divider to Protect Bottles

OK, I admit it.... i bought this as a "test" model to check the quality, before ordering several for upcoming Christmas presents. The Black croc is shiny like a "patent leather' finish, but doesn't look real "plastic-y" which was my main concern. I considered some of the other patterns, but decided the black is the best all-round design. So, yes, this one's for me, and yes, I am reordering for "futures."

I recently purchased a competitors wine purse (Samantha Brown) and wanted to find other colors. Decided to try this brand. For the money, it is a very nice wine-lunch cooler bag. It is much nicer than the average lunch bag but it's not as well designed or constructed as the "SB"s brand. However, it is half the price and keeping that in mind I'm very happy with it.Pros:Fake patent leather is a perfect texture and color - not too shiny so it doesn't look cheap. I read the other reviews that the red was too bright but mine is a perfect shade of true red.Great red for Valentine's Day or for the Christmas holidays.Good strong zipper. Read the review that the zipper was an orange color but my zipper matched the bag very well, no color deviation.Holds a fair amount. If you already own a Samantha Brown you'll see this one holds 5 cans of soda and is able to close, the SB can only hold 4 and close.In a pinch, this could successfully be also used as a purse, great for the beach and can get wet.Perfect way to give someone a bottle of wine, a little more than a gift bag but something that will last as another bonus gift.I feel it's a classier way than a regular cooler bag to bring a bottle of wine (or water/soda/finger food) to an outdoor concert or any event.Cons:The zipper compartment is small, barely fit the included corkscrew - yes does come with one. If they put the zipper lower access to the entire width of the bag could have been accomplished as Samantha Brown has done.There are no feet on the bottom so I would be careful with damaging the bottom.If I had not already owned the other brand wine purse, I would have given this 5 stars. When you read the other reviews concerning color they may have changed the manufacturing because as I addressed, my bag was a true shade of red as well as a matching color zipper. It is a very good value, a great gift and I would recommend this to others.

I love this bag! I use it as a regular purse and find the size and shape perfect. The only problem I have with it is that from using everyday for at least a month, the inside insulation has ripped. It started pretty much immediately after I bought it at the seams up by the top. I decided to rip it out (since I'm not really interested in the insulating feature) and am still using the bag and love it. I think for the price, it is a lovely item, and if used for insulating a wine bottle while traveling, totally fine. But with wear and tear, it just isn't holding up in the insulation part of the bag. The outside, handles and zipper are sturdy and holding up just fine. I'd buy it again, even with the flaw.

Got this as a gag gift for my boss. The joke was on me! My boss carries a Louie, so the purse was a way to sneak in an expensive bottle of wine. She LOVED the bag! She barely noticed the wine!!

I love my new wine transporter, works great for wine and lunches. Very nice to take a cooler that looks like a purse and not a lunch box. It kept my Snapple Peach Tea cold while I was traveling and shopping, I highly recommend it.

Cute.. a little plastic like And not really useable. Better off for just transporting wine or other bottle place to place but not to take somehwere to drink like other wine purses. Picture Looked like almost fake leopard but ended up being plastic like. Overall looked cute and was worth about the money paid for

Looked good for a couple of weeks, then started shredding in one corner. Wrote to merchant with no reply. Now after having ignored my earlier correspondence they say it is too late for an exchange or refund.

I purchased this for a gift as I already had one and liked it a lot. Unfortunately, when this one arrived I didn't take the time to remove it from the plastic bag and check it thoroughly. Too bad. The one I owned was far superior; this new one was shoddy work. For instance, the leather hooks holding the rings on the handle are now white inside which is noticeable. My original hoops were black. The end of the zippered part was not completed well and the silver lining sticks out. A part of the lining is also sticking up on one side of the seam. There is as hole in the zippered pocket and to top it all off there was NO CORKSCREW WAS INSIDE. So disappointed as I needed to give it to my friend today. Lesson learned - take the time to check the item over when it arrives. This is an expensive item and I am not happy with this at all. Too late to return it.

I got this as a joke gift for my Mom, she uses it all the time though. Its actually really well made, and a great shade! We were out to dinner and saw someone with a yellow one and giggled wondering if they had wine in it lol
