The number one complaint i see about this charger is the weak magnet. It is not the charger. The watch itself does not contain a large amount of ferrous metal to stick to the magnet. If you put this charger on your fridge door, you will see the magnet is quite good. only down side i see is where the micro usb cable plugs in. This is a flaw with the usb, not the charger. Great pice, great function.

I've ordered two of these to make sure I'm not caught without one when traveling, especially with a watch with just over 24 hours of batter life. The magnet is a bit less grippy than the original, but it works quite well. I keep on in my computer bag and another in my checked bag.

How bad is it? Just this past week twice I have woke up to a dead watch, both times the watch was on this charger overnight, I spent several minutes trying to get it to line up just right to start charging and then evidently it moved or a tiny moth landed on it, causing it to loose connection and be dead. When dead the only way to get it going is to spend 10 minutes trying to line it up and get it to work.DON'T buy this one, go ahead and get a LG charger, cost a lot more but well worth it. This was my fourth charger (original, two off brands, one LG) I lost the orginal LG, and the last LG charger I burned up. Metal watch band shorted across the points, my fault.The issue if you must know is that the magnet is weak, the cradle is too big, and it is hit or miss if you can line up the pins with the back of the watch correctly. With the LG there is a slight delay between when the pins are connected and the watch states it is charging. With this model of charger, it is place . . . wait . . . move . . . .wait . . . .move . . . charging! . . . set it down loose connection . . . .pick back up . . .slide watch around . . .wait . .. move . . . until it starts charging. If dead the best thing you can do is actually not move, do not set it down, do not adjust your fingers, give it a few minutes with you holding it to get a basic charge on it.

I bought my LG Watch Urbane used from another vendor and they shipped with a generic charger, which was of very low quality. I had to jiggle it so much and have it on a flat surface for it to charge, and even then it would constantly flicker. With this charger, not only are you shipped a nice quality USB to micro-USB that fits perfectly, but the charger works fantastic out of box. It does feel heavier than my previous one as well, which is nice because then I know it won't slide around much either. Overall build quality is fantastic, and extremely exceeded my expectations.

technically works but i often have to wiggle the watch around to find the "sweet spot" before it will charge. Does not function as well as OEM charger but does function.

I bought this charger to keep at work and to use as travel charger. I looked around Amazon. The biggest complaints about Urbane chargers were they did not fit and no magnet to hold in place. I chose this charger because of the reviews stating both were not a problem.I was disappointed when I received the charger that it was not a tight fit like the oem charger. I plugged it in and that's where the problem was noticeable. Because of the slight wiggle the contacts do not seat for a charge when magnet attaches. I had to wiggle, twist and nudge the urbane for a minute or two before it was in the right spot to charge. Once seated it did charge. Enter next problem, due to the lack of tight fit any little bump or nudge the watch doesn't charge. You have to go through the whole process or getting it just right to charge and back away without breathing on it or risk losing connection again.This unit will be returned. I haven't decided if I will go with another 3rd party manufacturer or bite the bullet and pay for LG charger I know works. Reduced price isn't worth the aggravation.

Had my doubts about this product since so many of them do not work. This was the second charger of this type that I purchased with the first one not even the right size for the watch. You end up taking a hit on shipping and restocking for a $10 item that it's not worth it to send back so I'm stuck with it.. This one however, is right on the money.. Basically the same as the factory charger except the logo. Same non-skid pad on the bottom and magnetically clicks in for a positive connection. I will most likely purchase another one for travel.

This is pretty straightforward. You have an LG Watch Urbane and the pins on your OEM charger break? You need a replacement. Here you come to get a new one. This charger gets the job done; however, buyer beware, it doesn't fit perfectly and your watch may slide off the pins easily. I have been tricked into thinking my watch was charging overnight when it ends up failing.
