Xbox One S 1TB Console - Forza Horizon 4 Lego Speed Champions Bundle (Xbox One)

Items brand new and perfect. No problems over the moon with it. All codes worked and everything was included.People are complaining about resealed boxes I think they've been opened to put the codes and games inside. Definitely not been used before.Thank you.

Brought as a gift, more expensive than most other places but they were out of stock. The code works and the Xbox came on time and in good condition.

Not brand new or does it come with the bundle or Live pass.

Similarly to a lot of people, I was initially sceptical at purchasing this product after reading all of the reviews regarding the box being ‘tampered with’ and the games not being included with the console. However I though my I’d chance it for the then low price because I’m nothing, if not frugal. The package arrived next day, the cellophane tabs had been cut and re-sealed like I suspected they might be, but all the contents were there and brand new. The game included as it is a digital download - not sure other people who bought this can get their head round the idea that games don’t have to come in a plastic case and disc anymore. I have set up the Xbox and transferred all of my data over, its works perfect and I haven’t had any issues with the console after many hours of gaming over the holidays. If this product goes back down to the low price I purchased it for just after Christmas, I would thoroughly recommend picking one up if you’re in the market for a new Xbox One

Excellent Xbox. Box seal was open but everything inside was perfect. All codes provided work fine. Don’t be put off by people reporting the box seal to be broken/open, think they probably just remove something before sending (paperwork or something)

While the console was brand new the packaging had been opened and reseated a few times. After some digging I found out this is because the redeem codes for the game that comes with this console had expired as they are only valid for 3 months once activated and they are activated before someone purchases the console, this means that the console has been sat for a while and the codes have expired so in order to honour the product contents they open the package and place fresh codes in. This process is repeated until the console is sold. So anyone who has claimed in a review that there console isn’t new that’s not true, it is, it’s just the game codes may have been replaced a few times.

OK, so it arrived prompt, the console was brand new, but the box was just the standard Xbox one S - NOT the Forza Lego edition. I opened it up to see if there were game codes inside, but no, it was just a standard XBOX.Its 350 quid for the one with the game in, so to just get the bog standard is a pain as I have to go and buy another (will probably buy the standard set and then buy game separately now). Could be a mistake, feel a little bad giving 2 stars as it arrived OK and looked mint. But its the wrong console and with Christmas approaching fast, its back to stress finding what I need before everything sells out.

Was skeptical to purchase this item after reading the reviews of a tampered box. I have been assured by Amazon that the item is brand new, but again for me also the box had been opened and it was not sealed.Maybe it had been opened to place the codes for the games inside of it? I’m not sure.The item itself feels brand new and it works fine, just a bit weird that the box was open.
