Perforations were weak and didn't separate!
Perforations were weak and didn't separate. The border wasn't perforated very well, through the entire border and when trying to separate it would rip. We then tried to cut along the perforation with scissors which just make the raised portion of the border sink down and be smashed. :-( Very disappointing because we just got into this and now can't return the faulty cut border.
