Pretty tasty smoothies
Book is nice. Already started making some of the smoothies. I have a small ninja mixer so I do have to cut the portion in half which isn't a problem. I was surprised seeing some of the recipes that I would have never even thought of making. They are so easy and it comes with great instructions, prepping frozen fruit and more.

Healthy Treats for Kids
If you have trouble getting vitamins into your little ones or even teens, this book will do the trick. It is chock full of delicious treats they will beg for & will enjoy helping Mom create the smoothies! Made a great Christmas or birthday gift for my daughter-in-law.

Great Gift!
My best friend was concerned that her son wasn’t eating enough veggies and other good for you stuff. I purchased this book and a new blender for them as a birthday gift and they love it. She reports that he is trying a new recipe every day and is even being brave enough to add the leafy greens and avocado! He adds a sticker to the recipes he especially likes. Their only complaint is that some of the recipes call for too much banana. My remedying for that—add more avocado instead!!

but my daughter didn't like the watermelon lime smoothie
I've made several smoothies from this book. Some went over well, but my daughter didn't like the watermelon lime smoothie. The grape one tasted good but I couldn't get over the little bits of grape skin. It was a really unpleasant texture.

Picky Eater Loves This1
My child (12M) has always been a picky eater. Since this book arrived, he and I have been trying the recipes. Strawberry Banana Oatmeal is the smoothie of the day, today, and a big hit! So worth the purchase, and he's even interested in trying the smoothies with avocados and veggies. I am excited to continue to use this book through the summer as both he and I find hot meals less attractive when it is sweltering. Bonus: As we've been making the smoothies, he's been practicing his fractions to ensure we get the right amounts of all the ingredients (he's also a bit of a perfectionist). Would buy this again in a heartbeat, and plan to purchase one for my parents as well.

Use this book every day
I've had this book for a few months now and make 1-3 smoothies a day. We haven't tried every recipe but we've tried a lot. Some of our favorites are the grape slush, the ones that call for pomegranate juice (now a staple in our house), snickerdoodle, the vanilla honey nut that tastes exactly like a bowl of honey nut Cheerios, the watermelon slushies, and most of the ones with strawberry. There's enough variety that I don't really need to look up recipes on the Internet and plenty of ways to customize the liquid portion. The only one we really didn't like had broccoli in it and was gritty because our very heap blender couldn't break the broccoli down enough. The carrot juice smoothies are yummy, too.

My daughter loves it
This is a great book for a smoothie loving kid/family. My daughter enjoys making smoothies and this book is simple and uses mostly ordinary ingredients. So far we’ve liked most of the ones we’ve tried.
