Whole Earth & Sea from Natural Factors, Vitamin D3 1000 IU (25 mcg), Whole Food Supplement, Vegan, 90 Capsules

I love this product, but the last couple of times I have ordered, they switched me from 1000 IU to 5000 IU depending on whether I ordered 60 or 90. I take two capsules a day and didn't catch the mistake I made. I have been taking 10,000 IU instead of 2000 IU. My D levels should be sky high.

I have been taking this product for over a year now. I like the fact that it is both raw & organic and I know Vit. D3 especially in higher doses is very important for a strong immune system. Overall, I have taken Vit D3 for many years and later switched to this brand and 5,000 IUs. Since I also get some additional in my Dr. Wallach's Multiple Vitamin & Mineral Supplement, I believe it is quite a protectant. Other than one bad cold I got from being up all night in an emergency waiting room full of sick people, including my mom, I had not been ill previously in years. I don't remember the last time I had the flu. Cold symptoms only a couple of times & normally I kick them with additional Vit. C, Zinc, Garlic & gargle w/ACV & water..

One of the highly knowledgeable moderators in the Dr. Greger Facebook Group suggested them to me. I’ve always known Natural Factors to be a trusted brand, plus they’re vegan, and an essential daily vitamin.

Thankfully a multivitamin I can trust for its bioavailability, non-GMO ingredients, and its production in the U.S.A.!

Not due for labs for another month. My nails are growing again, are shiny and thicker. The nails were shredding off before I switched to this product. So far this is a winner!I figured out that synthetic D3 and I didn’t get along. Glad I found this natural one! Wish they made a D and K combo

I had been looking for a vitamin D that works for me, because all the brands that I have tried give me pain in my joints especially arms, shoulders and thighs. This one didn’t caused me any pain. I think is an ingredient in the other ones that was causing me pain problems. This one seems more natural and haven’t had any problem up to now.

Boosted my vitamin D from the 20’s to the 70’s in 5 months.
