I ordered the caramel pouches and was sent the vanilla on accident. I called amazon and was refunded the money and was told to keep the vanilla. I also contacted Grinds and told them the situation. They sent me the caramel for free. Excellent customer service from both companies. Both vanilla and caramel are delicious. I wasn’t a fan of the mint chocolate or mocha. They tasted kind of bitter to me. If you’re into a strong coffee flavor, they would be for you. I like my coffee sweet, so I prefer vanilla and caramel. I usually use 2 pouches at a time for extra flavor. 2 pouches give just the right amount of energy without feeling jittery. They last about 30 mins. I will def be purchasing again.

They gave me caramel instead of vanilla. I didn't even see caramel from the flavor list, so I was surprised. My father was on dipping tobacco consistently for around 8 to 10 years, at least one can a day for work where he drove an armored truck and delivered cash to banks and businesses for 10-12 hours per day. I think these are a great alternative to dipping. I drink my coffee black so when I used the vanilla or cinnamon roll Grinds it's like flavor overload, but in a good way. My wife does not like the taste, but she does enjoy the smell of the cinnamon roll flavor. They're just great to use instead of putting a pinch in. I got the sampler pack to see which flavor I liked first. Definitely would recommend that because I didn't really care for the other flavors.
