claim warranty?
Stopped working after 2-3 days. Only the LEDs are working. I even touched the housefly with it and nothing happened. Can anyone suggest how to claim the warranty? I had registered it using the link that came with the product.

Good Show
This bat has immense power, it instantly kills with a "blitzkrieg".The built is lightweight and the plastic used seems to be of good quality.I think a brand like Godrej Consumer Pvt Ltd will always give you best products, time and again they proove it.Late purchase in the rainy season but still a good one for future.

The only mosquito racquet worth buying!
This is the best Anti mosquito racquet out there.Very sturdy build and works like a charm, and has a warranty as well.It came in a nicely packaged box with all information printed on the box itself.

Defective racquet delivered
I don't know what is quality checking method at Amazon fulfillment center because this racket is defective when I open this to use or check slider was not on its original place . It was inside tha is very difficult to use so I returned this defective thing.I really disappointed since long time from Amazon because of its service as well as pre dispatch Inspection methods. I really need this racquet delivered this thing in 7 days and got defective. It is very annoying.

DON"T BUY, NO SUPPORT OT NO WARRANTY
They have mentioned the battery backup is up to 1 month but it is less than a week and there is nothing special.I have raised the request with their customer support team no response from last one week, their toll-free number is also not working

Bad quality.
I bought this because it was a godrej product claiming high quality, but was highly disappointed. The red button to switch on the circuit was embedded so deep in the handle that it was not accessible hence not possible to switch on .

RUBBISH PRODUCT....pls don't go on the name...I had ordered for 3 bats....after charging them for the alloted time...all 3 bats failed to work...I could see the mosquitoes passing through the bats...not a single mosquito was harmed.... Don't go on the name. Even Brand's like Godrej can dupe the customer... Returning all the 3 bats the very Same day...PATHETIC... DISGUSTING... DISSATISFIED... DISAPPOINTING PRODUCT

Intetnals same as chiense once. Battery is not li ion.
It has the same battery inside which all the chinese mosquito racket have.. I e 4 volt lead acid..So essentially it is the same racket as chinese once but at more than double the price(150 rs vs 350 rs).. Being a lead acid its capacity is less. Also, it won't hold the charge for long and one need to keel it charge, so that 30 days claim on the box is more like in after 30 days battery will be completely dead.. I was very tempted to return it.. But kept it , may be due to laziness. Or may be for giving it a try.. Btw most people don't reliaze that after a year of usage, its the capacitor which goes bad in 90% of the rackets and not actually the battery.. Battay capacity goea down, but with new capacitor it should work like new but with much lesser charge.
