Amazing! I have a flat medial arch, with bunions & this works like magic! Although this feels hard & looks uncomfortable, but you couldn’t be further from the truth…!It works well, and I have little to no pain after using it. It fits into almost all of my covered shoes, even covered dress shoes; although you may have to size up a bit if the shoe is particularly snug.I’ve used the adhesive-backed smaller silicone inserts, but those were much more uncomfortable & didn’t really do much.But this insole is well worth the money & I am so glad I bought it.Yet to see how durable it is, but so far it’s looking good!

Relieved pain in my hip as they improved my posture.They were comfortable to wear ,but I found them a bit wide for some of my shoes

I haven't run for twenty years and when I came to do a running challenge for charity I found myself in difficulty with my now deformed feet. My toes turn in and I've got bunions which are causing my arches to fall which throws out my ankle, knees, hips and back. I thought I was doomed but these sturdy 3/4 insoles have saved me. I first tried some of the cheaper foam orthotic insoles but they started collapsing after a couple of short runs and they took up too much space in my shoes. Thank the Lord I came across these. Don't be afraid that they're hard, they are so comfortable and they leave your toes free which I need the space to wear toe spacers! The only way you know they're there is that you can move pain free like a teenager again. I need more of these, they're little miracles!

Product has no heel cushion, way to hard, not enough side support near arch of foot. This is a bad design. Sorry but I wouldn’t buy again.

Bought these to give them a go as I’ve struggled to find arch supports that are comfortable and fit my shoes nicely. Very pleased to say these fit in most of my sports trainers. They are not cushioned but the height of the arch has relieved my foot pain. They are good quality and have massively reduced the pain I was in from having fallen arches.

Lasted 12 weeks then they have broke

I have very flat, quite skinny feet and need to wear insoles all the time. I've got a huge variety and lots of expeeience of breaking them in.These are fantastic half insoles, great for my everyday shoes. I have worn them out walking for 3 days solid, each day doing over 8 miles and they are incredibly comfortable. I've not been ablr to do that straight off before, usually I have to go back to old insoles after a day.Orthotics that have enough support but are comfy right away are hsrd to find. They don't have too high a volume so don't make my boots too tight.They look like they will be easy to wipe down. Great value for money, comfy and made of materisls i know will last well.
