Let me start off by saying this is the best beginner salon chair with a friendly cost. I’m 5’2 and the heights this chair rest and expands to is perfect for me. My customers are mostly comfortable until we’re the 6th hour of their style, and by then it’s almost time to go. This chair isn’t light weight at all, but doesn’t quite support the heavier people the best; my suggestion is for you to keep the chair low and use a stepping stool and a kneeling chair.

**ONE YEAR REVIEW**I’ve had this chair exactly a year now. Here’s my thoughts: the chair is horrible. From day one putting the chair together was an entire mess. I had to force some of the screws together bc it was like the holes did not match up at all which made the chair feel unstable. Now, after about 9 months of use, the chair is topsy turvy. My clients have told me they feel like they’re on one of those teacup rides at a theme park and are SCARED to sit in my chair for fear of hitting the ground. Also, to top it off, I cannot even pump the chair up!! If I do, it makes a machine g*n noise and scares the living daylights out of my clients and everyone in the salon. And I take very good care of my stuff and do not allow children to play in or on my chair. Complete waste of money.

Love this chair and it works great. This is the second time I have ordered it. My only complaint is this time it did not come with caps to put over the screws. The caps were included with the first chair.

This chair work good for heavy duty, comfortable

I got this chair for my grandson. So far he loves it. It works great, no problems.

Lasted for a while, but started to bend and tilt side ways.
