Amazing, but buy at a beauty store if price is more than $23
Drybar on Amazon is way overpriced, which is the reason for the loss of two stars. You can get this at Ulta or Sephora for $23. I’ve been purchasing this on Amazon for over a year and was really upset when I found out I’ve been wasting $11 each bottle. Usually the prices are comparible or better on Amazon, but definitely not in the case of this dry shampoo.I LOVE this product. I don’t see myself ever changing to a different one. I love the way it smells and it doesn’t seem to cause an icky buildup no matter how many days in a row I use it. I also love that you don’t have to brush it out—you just run your fingers through your roots a couple times!UPDATE 7/24/2019: it seems this product has dropped in price. It is now $23, which is equivalent to the beauty stores so definitely worth purchasing here.

Not worth the Investment
I've been searching forever for a dry shampoo to love and I thought I'd found it. I really wanted to love Drybar. The scent upon spraying it was very odd, almost like a clinical smell. It was just weird. It faded over the day though into a nice, fresh smell. The claim that it doesn't leave a residue in your hair is false. I have brown hair. I have a tough time finding a decent dry shampoo and this one was no different. It felt heavy at first but as I massaged it in my hair, it blended in. It didn't leave a white residue like the rest do but it left my hair looking so dull. My hair is naturally shiny. This did nothing for me. I'll go back to using my Batiste tinted one until I find one I really like. If I were you, I wouldn't spend the money on this

Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo
The smell is a little intense, like bad hairspray, but the product works great. I was a dedicated Umberto girl, and when they discontinued their dry shampoo I panicked. I’ve tried several that didn’t even come close to what I had. Umberto is a very white and texture creating product that has a tolerable powder smell. This Drybar shampoo smells worse and isn’t white, but it gives just as much body and texture, and honestly I can go even longer between shampoos with just one application than Umberto allowed. I did a 6 day stretch with one Drybar application the morning of day 3, which was admittedly hygienically too long, but I was still impressed. It does cause an orangey colored buildup between the product and your natural oils as the days go by (I notice this even on an every-other-day hair wash routine), but it washes out quite easily. If it wasn’t for the strong smell and astronomically high pricetag, this would earn a solid 5 stars.

Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo Product Review
I also found this product in Sephora previously. My roots, especially my bangs get oily rather quickly, but I don't necessarily need or want to wash my hair daily. I've found if I spray some of the detox dry shampoo on my bangs and around my hairline at night before bed, then I wake up in the morning without feeling like I have greasy hair or product sitting in my hair! (Plus it smells great!)

and this is perfect without a full wash
After holding out and trying cheaper dry shampoos for ages, I finally broke down and got the Drybar brand. I have very oily hair that needs refreshing daily, and this is perfect without a full wash. I am a blonde, and I haven't noticed any residue, plus it smells AMAZING, to the point that people comment how good my hair smells. I will be adding this to my dry shampoo rotation along with the Living Proof dry shampoo (a staple).

No-poo
I use this stuff more often than actual shampoo. And, while it doesn’t have the *cleanest* or *most* organic ingredients, I’m pretty sure it also doesn’t have any sulfates, so it’s already 1000% better than most of the wet shampoos most of us use.It smells great — just... clean. Neutral. As a brunette I was delighted to discover that it brushes/rubs out completely without leaving that nasty residue some dry shampoos leave. And it gives my hair so much body! More than any product I’ve ever used before, including styling creams/mousses designed to do just that. I go through a bottle every two-three months.. it’s a little bit of a self-care splurge, but since it saves me half an hour of sleep three days a week, I’m pretty sure it’s well worth it.

Only Dry Shampoo for Thin/Fine Hair
Product was packaged securely, arrived earlier than predicted. The Product itself is the ONLY dry shampoo with minimal scent but also light enough not to weigh down my hair. All time favorite! I tried going less expensive with other brands but ended up just wasting more money because all of them smelled to strong or weighed down my hair. Dry Bar does it again!
