Theraband for resistance training at home.
Nothing to dislike really, the different colour bands enable one to progress to higher resistance bands as one gets used to the lighter one.It is useful even for elderly people who wish to avoid loss of muscle mass.

Snapped after just 2 weeks of use
I got this for my neck and arms physio. The green/heavy band snapped after just a couple of weeks of use which was very disappointing.
