Must have for any trip!
It’s taking me a while to write a review because I hadn’t really used them, but I must say I’m about to purchase another pair. These rubber covers did an excellent job of keeping my shoes, clean and dry on a long trip. I had only packed one set of sneakers and the weather was unpredictable.I wear a size 9.5 women’s sneaker. In the picture I am wearing my Brooks Ghosts and I ordered a large shoe cover. The material is sturdy and the tread on the bottom of the shoe keep you from slipping. They are not heavy and easily packed in a ziploc bag when not in use. To get the perfect fit you have to take a few seconds and really work the shoe in but it’s so worth not having to pack so many extra shoes on a trip.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU HATE WET FEET!
TERRIBLE!!!!! Bought 2 pair of them for our vacation. Not only did they leak on the very first morning, but they also let it dirt in. Now our feet are wet, our shoes are dirty, socks arwbthoroughly wet, and our inserts are ruined as well. And yes, the weather is calling for rain the next 3 days.

Definitely worth it for a Disney trip
First off, I’m 220 with a 10.5 shoe and wore ON Cloud shoes under these. I ordered an XL. I bought these for a Disney trip with a forecast of rain. And they worked extremely well. They held up throughout the week and kept my feet and shoes completely dry. I wore these three days, and each day was a 20,000-step, 10-mile day. After the second day of about 40,000 steps and 20 miles when taking them off, I could see small tears in the bottoms where the edges of the shoe rubbed them. These tears were small, and I was still able to take them off and on. At the end of day 3 with 60,000 steps and 30 miles, the tears on the bottom were definitely more noticeable and rubbed through. But I don’t completely blame the covers for that; the shoes I was wearing had points of contact sticking down, which almost served as needles through the covers. If I had a smooth-bottom shoe, it would have worked way better. But don’t let the holes fool you. I can still put them on and wear them, and they don’t hold any water or get my feet wet even with the holes. Honestly, I don’t blame the covers for tearing; it was 30 miles on concrete with shoes with tread on them. And they will still keep the top of my shoes dry where it matters most. Traction was good all around the park; the only place that was slick was any polished or glossed floors that were wet.Other people in my party wore these and had better results than me because their shoes were smooth.Sizes included:8.5 women’s, ON Cloud shoes, and Puma, Lg fit snug and nice.9.5 men’s, ON Cloud shoes, size XL, fit loose.

Good first day, worthless second day, and slippery when wet
First: These are more slippery than regular shoes. If you are expecting that, you may be ok. We didn't have any major falls because we figured this out early and were careful.Second: We spent two rainy days at Disneyland with these covers. The first day seemed pretty good. Our shoes stayed dry all day. The second day, as soon as we walked up to the gate I felt water gushing into my shoe. Apparently a hole had worn in the bottom, and now instead of keeping the water out, they were letting the water in and keeping it there.I appreciated the first day of use, and there is nothing in the item description that would indicate that they would not work the same the second day, so they are ultimately disappointing. I would prefer to give them 2.5 stars.

Disappointment
I purchased these for a rainy Disneyland trip, they were great for keeping my feet dry but had terrible traction. I felt one foot slipping slightly and finally took a rumble. People tried helping my us but I couldn't get my feet under me because these provided no traction. Once I crawled to a bench I took them off and threw them away.
