Woods Outdoor Floodlight Fixture With Stake (6-Feet cord; 120V; Green)

This is the first year my wife and I have done a front yard visual Christmas display. We live on a dead end road out in the middle of the country and I say this because there's no reason for normal people to put up a Christmas display in this situation but we wanted to expand the spirit of Christmas at our home so off we went on year one. We bought all the wrong lights, we didn't know what the heck we were doing, but we found a couple of beautiful Christmas displays that didn't require compressed air on standby. We bought beautiful molded pieces, Santa Claus, snowman, a couple of gnomes, and it looked wonderful but the lights we bought weren't actually waterproof and weren't actually very bright at all. We looked into a spotlight, those with multiple colors that were included and all kinds of gizmos but it was when the wife said why don't we buy a simple spotlight where we can get our own bulbs when they burn out and that's all we really needed.THIS SPOTLIGHT IS EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE, AND LITERALLY EXPLODED THE OVERALL LOOK OF OUR CHRISTMAS DISPLAY. WE ONLY USED A 95 BULB AND NOT THE FULL ON SPOTLIGHT BULB THEY RECOMMENDED. THE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS STILL BLINK AND SPARKLE BUT YOU CAN SEE ALL THE FIGURES AND ARE DISPLAY IS BEAUTIFUL ENOUGH TO MAKE BOTH MY WIFE AND I CRY WITH HAPPINESS. EXTREMELY INEXPENSIVE PRICE AND THE BULB WAS AFFORDABLE AS WELL. THE ENTIRE UNIT IS WATERPROOF!After Christmas I will most likely purchase a second spotlight and move both over to my garden where I am installing a water feature specifically because I can light it up with my new spotlight. Highly recommend this unit, it's been out in the yard for nearly 2 weeks, it's withstood the rainy storms of Oregon in December, and I recommend this to anyone it's crazy enough to do a Christmas display like we did.

Using this to highlite a large live oak tree in my front yard. Really works great to give the tree a great look at night.

The light overall works as advertised, no complaints there. Wire is nice and thick and has a good rubber seal to keep moisture out when you screw in the bulb. I had this out for a month for my Christmas lights and we had lots of rain, snow, sleet, you name it, and ever once did I have an issue with this light not working. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I will it had a metal stake instead of plastic. The plastic one gets the job done, but I know over the years it will become brittle, break, and then basically render the product useless. I'd rather pay an extra $1 or 2 and have the stake upgraded. Everything else is fine and and I anticipate to continue to work. We'll see maybe the stake will last longer than I anticipate but if I had to come up with one con that would be it.

Live the fixture, very easy to use and the dusk to dawn flood light is a must. It lights up my backyard.

This is my go to outside light fixture for my landscaping. It maintains a very tight water seal vs other products that I've tried. Have purchased several times.

I bought this last August, it lasted 7 months, it worked great for awhile, then the metal part of the socket completely broke off, so, now it’s absolutely useless. Very disappointing. Back to finding a better one.
