this is third time i ordered from this company.Bulgar wheat is hard to find in bigger grocery stores. if you do, it costs much more and it only comes in one serving boxes(mix)this size is perfect for making tabouleh and no boiling water, etc. add hot water in measuring cup and chill for at least an hour before using for a cold meditrerain salad....its good hot as a side dish with your favorite seasoning

I was a little hesitant to buy this product online until I read the reviews. This is the best bulgar wheat I have ever bought. It makes the most delicious tabouleh. Very happy!

This was so easy to make and was a hit at dinner. When you need something different and good this is perfect.

The only thing new to me about this product is the fine ground texture; however, I am a fan of several bulgur recipes, so this will fill the bill. Also, a great meat extender for meatloaf, etc.

As a kid my mom made this with shish kebab. It’s a grain with nice flavor very high fiber. Easily absorbs broth to add great flavor. Love it worth every Penny. Great with everything or alone. Love it. Will try all the grain categories, fine, medium, coarse etc. Hard to find used to be brand called Ala sold in red boxes in stores in 70,s and 80’s.

I love Mediterranean and Lebanese food so I was excited to try the Fine #1 bulgur wheat to make tabouli!...it was so fresh (vacuum packaged) and perfect texture for my salad!...then I used the bulgur wheat and very lean ground beef and lebanese spices to make kibbeh!...I ordered another bag to keep in the freezer....I don't want to be out!
