Perfect for the Honda adv 160
First off I’d like to stay that I’m a minimalist with my motorcycles and in the past I’ve always had sub $50 cases. The kind that are so flexible you can actually abuse them, they are only safely mounted with extra bolts etc lol. but even then I don’t like to have a case that is not proportionate to my bike. The SH33 is the perfect mix of storage and fit, I planned on using it dedicated for helmet, glasses, gloves etc for me or a passenger I’m dropping off. It’s large enough to hold a xxxl full face with said items, I feel like the shape fits my bikes shapes perfectly and it doesn’t stick out from the bikes plastics anywhere. OK so enough about me and what I wanted, I was shocked with the quality of the case and the mounting plate I’m so hspp I went US on this purchase! Had more hardware than I needed everything is solid quality and well thought out. Can’t imagine a bike their player wouldn’t work on, and my occasional passenger feels very secure resting up against it, and I feel like I have more space now because they have that. I actually will end up using the option where you unlock the case and pop it off, because I know they’ll be at least one time this summer I’ll be running to Home Depot and coming home with some logistically impossible. They make a pretty dope in-house third light kit that goes to the mount. If you’re worried about visibility issues, I’ve seen it priced anywhere between 30 to 60 and you can find third-party ones for as low as $15 with good reviews.

Works Great on a Vespa small frame!
Mounted on a Vespa LX150 with rear rack by Cuppini. Brackets and hardware that come with the case let you mount the bottom plate to just about anything you might have. Easy on and off and good capacity & locking mechanism. Only problem noticed was a vibrating sound created underway with case empty between top and bottom half coming from the hinge area. Not an issue when packed. I use a small piece of foam packing material between the 2 hinged pieces to eliminate the sound entirely.Excellent quality product and vastly different than the much cheaper hard plastic knock offs.

Solid and well built case!
Just purchased this case after putting it off for some time. Now I regret not doing it way sooner. Definitely fits a full size helmet with some extra space for other small item. I installed it on a Kymco Super 8. It was installed on the Kymco sold mounting kit. Took all of 15 minutes to install. The case is made of sturdy plastic. I love that the case is removable for when you want to ride with or without it but takes two seconds to reinstall. Just line up the tabs and snap back in place. I also recommend finding the compatible mounting kit for your own scooter/bike. I highly recommend it.

Good bang for buck.
Not obnoxiously large as some top cases are prone to be. Looks sleek and trimlined, fits a full faced lid. Didn't "click" into place as I would have hoped for...but locking mechanisms work and a good visual inspection will confirm this. I purchased the appropriate mount for my motorcycle as well, so installation was a breeze, but included hardware would make this a very simple setup on most motorcycles with some mechanical know how.

Works great for a helmet and gloves
Looks excellent on my CB500x, just moved it to my KTM690 and it is great there also.Very secure, solid case. Wouldn't take it crazy off road but for a commute it cannot be beat for the money. Easy on / off for the weekends.

Shad is quality
This is the third motorcycle I have outfitted with Shad boxes. Their baseplate mounting system is sturdy, lockable, and easy to use. This box is the perfect size for my Africa Twin. Lightweight, durable, weather tight, affordable, good looking.

Shad top case
This turned out to be a great top case for me. I used it recently on a 7 day trip and was able to store quite a bit of stuff in this case.It was an easy install, but I highly recommend getting the correct mount for your bike with this purchase. Once installed on the mount, the case is very sturdy and durable. I had planned on taking this off when I was not on the trip, but have now decided to leave it on all of the time.

Excellent Case
Excellent top case and everything Shad advertised. Installed quickly with no issues. I use it primarily to haul a thermos and lunch to work. It will hold my jacket, helmet, and gloves with room to spare.
