Just found these recently and wish I had discovered them sooner. It's one of those things that are simple but oh so handy. Only thing, these are not for small screws, small screws just slip inside. Actually I wish they made a smaller size because small screws can be such a pain to work with.Love these sleeves, so much so that I've even ordered more. Should be in every ones tool box.

Only works with included bits. I have an assortment of impact bits from Milwaukee, Bosch, DeWalt, and Makita. The magnet adapter works with none of those. The included bits are about 1/4” longer than all the others I have. I had to make the magnetic holder 1/4" shorter on my lathe for it to work with any bits other than the ones included.

Works like a charm
