The first time I ordered, I ordered the smaller one. But it came in sufficiently wrapped and was broken when it arrived. So I sent it back and decided to order the larger one. I’m so glad that I did it has a very nice bamboo sound lower and sound then some. It seems responsive to the wind, which is around 2+ miles an hour. The color is nice. It appears to be well-made. Enjoy it all summer and pack it away for the winter.

I’ve always preferred the earthly sound of bamboo rather than the tinkle of metal or glass. This wind chime is as expected and the size serves just as well as a larger, more expensive one imo.

We hung these off the deck in the sun, rain, and wind. They look good and handled the weather just fine. But the sound is a wood-clinking without much variation. For us, it wasn't soothing, it was nerve wracking so we took them down. Maybe we will take out the middle piece to silence them and rehang them to befuddle the squirrels.

I love these chimes. The sound is methodic.
