All the parts needed to update an antique lamp
As a first-time lamp fixer, I had a pair of wall sconces from the 1950s that had very old plugs and didn't seat LED bulbs well. After a bit of reading and online videos, I chose this kit to rewire one of the lamps. I figured that if I could get it done, I'd order a second. My lamps have an older brassy metal and this kit matched great. I liked that all the parts were included and fit together well. With the limited included directions and online tutorial videos, I'm happy with how my lamp turned out. I'm ordering a second kit for the other lamp!

Hope this works
Package came with everything as stated. I still have to look up how to install it as the directions weren’t clear enough for me as a beginner. It does have a nice shape for a lamp shade and seems of quality

Good buy
Used this to restore antique lamps with new electrical components. Quality products and was easy to install in my lamp bases.

Worked great for me
This worked perfectly for my lamp repair/upgrade. The old non-polarized cord fed from the bottom of the vase through sharp metal points of potential damage. It's a wonder nobody had been injured over the years. The socket offers an optional grommeted side entry point so I didn't have to feed up through the vase. Also, it's antique brass which matched well. The instructions included the UL knot whose twists always escape my memory. If I had to include a negative, it would be that the rib on the neutral side of the cord is too faint, but it is there. There were more parts than my project required but you need to review them for your own situation. In the end, I have a much safer antique lamp.

Eh
Floppy floppy floppy.. the power chord is very difficult to slide through the lack because it’s so flimsy. I needed a coat hanger to get it through
