I bought these thinking they were real mercury glass, but they are actually just made to look like it from a distance. That said, each one was individually wrapped in bubble wrap within the box, and the two I unwrapped seemed sturdy (glass was a good thickness, not fragile feeling). I did not unwrap all of them once I saw that they were not mercury glass, however one of the 2 I did unwrap had a small chip in it that was not particularly noticeable, but left a sharp edge on the ledge. They were also too short in height for what I needed them for. I was able to return them hassle-free, which is always nice!

I have a gold Christmas tree that holds eight votive candles. The tree is displayed at the center of my dining room and has been part of my collection for many, many years. This year when unpacking my Christmas items, I noticed the votives were missing. Heartbreak! Finding the item on Amazon is invaluable to me, as I am not able to walk through the stores to go shopping. The new votives arrived earlier than expected. To be honest, these votives with tealights inserted are more beautiful than the originals!

I love these candle holders. My toddler broke most of the holders when he tipped over my hallway candle decoration. I haven't replaced them since. This year he is older and I finally am able to have it out again. These give a beautiful effect especially if you have white or red votives to put in them.

I really do like these but would have like more clear glass and less silver paint, but for the price these were excellent and so that is only a personal detail. I was surprise how well packed and clearly cared for these were. They fit just right in my 6 candle, table top, candle holder. I am very please with this purchase.

This may be my fault but in looking at the photo I thought they were clear on the top 2/3 and a solid orange colour on the bottom. They are just pure gold, If that's what you want, I think they are great. Don't look cheap - but just not what I was looking for.

These tealight candles holders are beautiful, and the candle light twinkles from within when lit. I'm a feng shui fan and I use them in a candle holder that hangs on the wall in the 'fame' area of my home. Nice quality and price, and very fast service. Thank you!

These flame votives are very small in height. One came broken so I am sending them back. They will hold a small flame votive. I was going to use the battery operated ones with a remote but you can see the flame out of the top. It is hard to find votives that are really nice for the holiday season. If you use flame votives they should be OK, they just are not that exceptional as a glass display and are better grouped for an effect.

Pretty glass holders. Votive candles and tea lights look equally good. Excellent value
