dermablend is pretty reliable as a make up brand but i wish they had better and more complex darker shades. the one i got is too dark and i’m gonna have to mix it with a lighter shade to customize it, which could have been easier to adapt if i had better options. i used to have this problem with light shades being way too pink toned ten years ago so hopefully with the way make up trends are going, color selection will increasingly improve but honestly this could have been avoided if they had the right staff for this.

In selecting the concealer to try, I selected one that not only matched my skin color, but was also almost identical to my foundation shade. Starting with a fresh, clean face, I applied primer to my skin. Next, I lightly applied concealer to problem areas using the applicator included with the product. I then used a concealer brush to blend the concealer, feathering at the edges in order to achieve a smooth palette with no demarcation of the concealed areas. I then applied my foundation with a brush, using an especially gentle touch when blending over the concealed areas. The result: flawless unblemished skin! When applied using both concealer and foundation brushes, I was able to achieve a look that was smooth, non-caky, and did not reveal at all that concealer had been used. At the end of the day, my makeup was still intact, with no fading or bleeding of the concealed areas. Wow!! You can tell by my eyebrows I take my makeup serious! I really love this concealer! I only own one product from this brand. But this is my new holy grail concealer, it blends perfectly into my skin, it doesn’t sit on top of my skin. I’m into the natural makeup look, and this concealer makes my skin look so natural and even tone. I used my concealer as a highlighter to highlight the high points of my face. It’s fantastic with helping clean up my brows as well. I’ve worn this by itself to just even out uneven parts of my face, I literally couldn’t tell I had on makeup. As far as duration goes, I’ve worn it for over 12 hours and definitely will say it stayed in place. I use a lot of moisturizer so I did have to pat my face with a beauty blender. But overall I really like this concealer and it’s skin finish look.

For full coverage, you have to go with Dermablend. A friend has vitiligo and likes to cover some of the more prominent light spots. She is happy with this concealer, as she doesn't like to fuss with a lot of makeup and this covers well without a lot of other layers of product.

I have eczema and this has left some dark spots on my face after a breakout. I don't wear makeup on a regular basis but wanted something to cover up the dark circles under my eyes and other dark spots on my face. This blend in well with my skin color and the foundation that I use. Very easy to apply with the wand and lasts a long time. Really good concealer.

I love this concealer, it's perfect for contouring and goes perfectly with my skin! It is not dowy or shinny, it is matte. I really like it, better then MAC.

A good concealer to start with before doing anything else, nice and smooth and doesn't look dry or cake like. Finish with a matte setting spray for a natural look. Also use a really good moisturizer in addition to this if you have dry or combo skin
