These locks have thicker metal & will not be bent during travel like the other brand I tried. The 4 number locking system is more secure than 3 number locks. Easy to set up. Easy to open & use. Works well.

I bought these for locks for a gym locker, but got TSA locks in case I decide to use them for travel. These were easy to set a combination to, easy to lock and unlock.

These locks have the four number combo which I like better than the typical 3 number ones to increase the amount of combination options. They work as described and so far have never come open when luggage is handled through the airport luggage system. Would buy these again especially since they are airport rating acceptable. Pretty good quality for the price.

My family is going on vacation in a few months and I wanted to buy some locks for our luggage. After some research, I decided to buy the TSA Luggage Locks (2 Pack) for Travel by Desired Tools. The set of locks arrived securely packaged and in good shape. Prior to receipt of the locks, I received an e-mail message from Desired Tool emphasizing the importance of watching the instruction video on their web site prior to setting the combinations on the locks.I watched the video a couple of times to be sure I understood the instructions. The process is very simple but you have to pay attention. I set the four digit combination on both locks and checked them several times. Each time the locks open and closed smoothly and without any difficulty. The lock bodies seem to be very sturdy. One big advantage is that you do not have to keep track of a bunch of key nor worry about losing them.The locks are obviously not high security locks. They are designed to prevent target of opportunity thefts when traveling. I recommend them to traveler.

Have not traveled with them yet, but I set the combination and they seem like nice heavy duty locks. Easy to set the combo. Like that TSA can get into them with a master key, but our luggage is locked from everyone else.

Easy small to function gym/bag locker. Works well, light but yet heavy, and secure.

Bought these when I was flying to Puerto Rico. I wanted something to lock my luggage and carry on bag. I love the fact that there is no cable, just like a pad lock. Easy to install and open. Looks good and very secure.

I bought two sets of these locks (2 locks in each set, for a total of 4 locks) for a trip abroad. Unfortunately, the three locks I brought on my trip ALL malfunctioned in the first two days, so I could not lock up my luggage for pretty much my entire trip. Apparently, once you enter the combination and take the lock off your luggage, you have to be careful not to let the U shaped top part of the lock swing a certain way or past a certain point, otherwise, it will freeze in place, and you cannot get the U shaped part to go back into the bottom lock.Since all of the locks were new and I was using them for the first time on my trip, it seems too much of a coincidence that ALL THREE locks malfunctioned, which leads me to the conclusion this is a design defect.When I came back home, I tried to return them but couldn't because the return period had just expired. I contacted customer service, who was very nice to deal with. Over the course of several emails, they tried to walk me through trouble shooting steps, which worked for one lock but not the other. I will probably not use with lock again for fear of malfunctioning locks on future trip - either being unable to lock my luggage, or worse, being unable to UNlock it. II do want to emphasize that customer support was very quick to respond and were very nice, which was the only redeeming factor in all this. However,they can only do so much with bad locks, and I wasted $30 on 4 crummy locks that don't work. :-(I would recommend NOT buying these combination locks. They're a waste of money.
