The stretch of the band is good but note that these bands start very small.

Number three ring is too small for me. However, when you look at how it advertised, you would assume that you’re getting a series of sizes for what to choose from.

I thought I was getting all the sizes and couldn't figure out which worked best for me, but onlyreceived one the smallest size which is way to small. Never buy again !!
