Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate 10% by The Ordinary (30ml) A Brightening Hydrator with Stabilized Vitamin C Derivative (Pack of 2)

I received this product on August 11th—so a little over 2 weeks ago. It was sealed, but when I first started using it, I thought it looked a little too dark/oxidized. I looked online for photos of what it should be, but didn’t find anything definitive. So I decided to buy some straight from Deciem and compare. The dark blob in the picture is the product I bought from Amazon two weeks ago and the light one is the one I bought from Deciem and opened today. The one from Amazon has clearly oxidized, and from what I understand, that harms skin more than it helps. If my purchase from Deciem ends up oxidizing at the same rate, I will update.Also, if it helps all, I see no change in my skin yet, but I wouldn’t really expect to in two weeks based on what I’ve read.Helpful hint— the finish of this product changes quite a lot depending on how much is used. Start small. Too much leaves s tacky, almost gummy finish that doesn’t absorb.

This is the first time that i received this disappointing item. I’m a user of the ordinary magnesium but i can say that i got a fake one this time. I was so disappointed when i open the tube all i hear is watery kinda noise and when i open it i feel so disappointed . I’ve been waiting for this item to be delivered because i’m running out of stock and this is what i got?. I have a really bad acne scar problem so i’ve been using the ordinary magnesium because it helps my skin. So i wont say anything bad about the brand but hey seller!! I work hard for the money I purchased for this item. Please give me a real the ordinary product. Obviously you gave me!! aurgh! i dont know you judge! It’s not supposed to be like that!!! Are you kidding me...

the product is thick and does not spread easily. you can feel it sitting on your skin and not getting absorbed. Plus it leave an unpleasant odor.

I have no problems with this, but its kinda small. Definitely will buy again tho

It seems ok but I feel sticky when I apply on my face at night. In the morning, I feel soft skin though.
