Easy to add to the vitamin repretoire
I use these because I had bariatric surgery, and it's necessary for my health. On top of all the medications I take, it's so nice to have one that's not a pill. It's easy to chew, they're soft and dissolve easily; they're not too big, and I look forward to them every day. They are very effective because I have had tests to determine my calcium levels and am always in the safe range.

Not all flavors are great but I love this the best
These are of great value. Easy to chew and digest. The size isn’t too big and I like the grape and strawberry flavor the best!

Taste Great!
I have been using this brand and flavor since 2021 when I had bariatric surgery and I love them. They are not only great tasting but also meet my calcium requirements.

Lemon with a bit of bitter lemon peel taste.
The lemon flavor isn't an unpleasant taste but in my opinion doesn't taste like a yellow Starburst like others have said. It has a bit of a bitter lemon peel taste to it. I like the fruit punch one better but after months I was ready for something different. I'll finish these out and try another flavor again before probably going back to the fruit punch flavor. Still worth trying if you like lemon flavored stuff!

Esencial and easy to take
As a post-bariatric surgery patient, finding the right calcium supplement was so important—and this one is perfect! It’s gentle on my stomach, tastes great (especially the chewable version), and doesn’t cause nausea like others I’ve tried. I’ve noticed a big difference in my energy and bone strength since starting it. Plus, it meets the nutritional guidelines recommended by my doctor. If you like lemon..
I have tried about 4-5 flavors and this is the BEST!!. The taste and texture is just like a lemon starburst. They reamin soft and chewy and doesn't get hard like some other flavors

Smells bad but taste is decent.
Not a huge fan of the flavor. They are much better than some I have tried. I do wish they didn’t smell so bad though.
