The best balsamic vinegar out there.
I was never much of a Balsamic Vinegar guy before I started using this. It tastes fantastic.

The best aged balsamic
I’ve been using it for years and it tastes way better than that balsamic glaze you can buy with added sugars. Well worth the price. I usually stock up on a bunch at once and age them further in my cabinet to make them taste even more high end, though it’s pretty thick out of the bottle. Arrived with no leaks and bottle is heavy and vinegar is a great quality. I use on its own to dress a salad or tomatoes and mozzarella.

excellent
This balsamic vinegar is excellent - not too sweet, not too sour. And reasonably priced for the quality. i used to buy it at whole foods, but my store doesn't carry it anymore. I was glad to find it online, because the other vinegars I tried since have not been as good.

Only the best!
We found this vinegar at Whole Foods, and then wanted more, so it's perfect getting it from Amazon too. Arrived in a padded envelope with plenty of bubble wrap also to keep it safe on travel. This Balsamic Vinegar is slightly sweet, with a perfect acid balance and makes an amazing creamy balsamic when blended with mayonnaise, a touch of garlic salt and fresh cracked black pepper.

Emilio in the new bottle is just not the same.
Carandini changed the formula. It's watery. Note: the new label says "concentrated must" not "cooked must" which the old square bottle label read. With the old one I could make a highly emulsified salad dressing, just oil, balsamic, garlic and salt that you could stand a knife up in without it falling over. The new Emilio in the round bottle is a sad disappointment. Buy the Fini - it's a little more but it's like the old Emilio.

Nice but not as thick as I thought it'd be
Great taste but not as thick as it's been in the past (I got the same one before but it was thicker)

Favorite Balsamic Vinegar
This is the best tasting balsamic vinegar that I've used. It's a bit pricey since it is imported, but worth it because of the flavor. Some cheaper ones seem to be watered down. I use it frequently, not only on salads, but to give a dash of flavor to other dishes.

Disappointingly thin and not-so-sweet
I purchased this brand from another store and absolutely loved it. So, when I could no longer get it from a brick-and-mortar store, I ordered this same brand from Amazon. It doesn't taste nearly as sweet as the previous bottles I had purchased. Perhaps this brand has different vintages, if that's a thing for balsamic vinegar. This most recent purchase from Amazon is also much thinner than the previous bottles. I'll be moving on from this brand, hoping to find that same thickness and sweetness I had once purchased locally. This has been very disappointing.
