Good value for the price.
These are soft, comfortable and casual pants. They are pretty much what I expected, except, they are too large. I usually wear a large, but if I were to order them again, I would order a medium. They launder well, and did not shrink.

These are sweatpants
NSFW...not in a dirty way, but definitely inappropriate in you're supposed be business casual/formal. Do not be duped like me, they look a lot nicer in the picture... they're sweatpants. Comfy and true to size, but they're sweatpants.

Very comfortable
My mom, who lives in assisted living, really likes these. Nicer than sweats but very comfortable.

Are these pants even petite
I need to know what size to get in this name brand for my mom 5’0 120lbs. She normally wears Ruby Rd name brand..and buys size Petite L ..it’s the perfect length and waist size. I bought petite L with Lands End and it’s way too big and long. I’m 5’6 and 200lbs and they fit me perfectly. I seriously don’t believe the pants sent to Mom were a petite size if they fit me.

Perfect Comfort; Perfect Fit
I had forgotten the comfort of 100 percent cotton knit but that is what I will buy from now on. I was afraid the pants might shrink but they did not. Fit perfectly. I have bought Lands End products for a long time and still find them reliable.

Nope
Not the good fabric like the shorts, and size is way too big. All I can use them for is lazing around the house because they are so big. If I had the forethought I would have returned them. I have the shorts in “sport knit”. These are nothing like them. The waist is super high too. Stay clear.

Comfy but "old lady" look
These pants were what I expected (and filled my need) They are a good fit, good quality and good value, as Land's End usually is. I purchased them because I needed white pants that were ankle length for part of a costume. I would not like the style for everyday wear because the gathered waist adds inches in fabric bulk. The side seam pockets contribute to their generous hip line also. The legs are not overly full, so as long as they are paired with long, rather full tops they look OK.

horrible fit
I have quite a few lands end garments and have never had issues with fit--- these pants, however, are H-U-G-H! I needed to wear them the next day so was unable to return for exchange. fortunately, I can sew and was able to take 4" off each side (literally ended up having to take in the width of the pocket--- no longer have pockets). My suggestion is to size down -- at a minimum -- 1 size but you can probably go down 2 sizes...
