I have been using this product for years it's pretty good though the original formulary from twin labs was much better and I had the product evaluated by a doctor for the all natural claim the doctor was very satisfied in the formulary and was surprised actually. It definitely helps block fat before it's in production it's definitely a support to exercise and works well in correlation with activity. My only con is that the company that makes it doesn't produce enough of it and all the companies that distribute it and sell it don't keep it in stock so sometimes I have to pay a higher premium to order it which I do not like as I can find it almost a 3rd less when other places habit as low as 14.99

Been using this product for years...keeps my weight somewhat in balance, esp when overdoing the carbs...definitely consult w/physician or do research on ingredients, since it's herbal and can affect certain people....

I like the other one better nut you don't have it now irs ny action labs wean are you going to have that one
