Used it to make vegan BBQ and it was really good. Consistency was very “meaty” and it took on the flavors very well. Will buy again.

I didn’t like the flavor or texture really. Not as good of a taco meat replacer or meat replacer in general as people hype it up to be. It still tasted kind of fruity despite adding a ton of savory spices. It was eatable, but I wouldn’t buy again.

We were up at 3AM after eating this. Everyone was puking their guts out. DO NOT try this if you have never had jackfruit before. The only other item was hamburger buns, so we know it was the jackfruit. =P Bleh
