Equate - Saline Nasal Spray, 3 oz

For 4 years I worked in a hospital going into rooms visiting the sickest of the sick. Some days I would see 6 to 9 patients who were in isolation. When I went back to the office I always sprayed my nose with this Equate nasal spray and then blow my nose just to keep the germs out. During these 4 years I only had a cold once. This winter I worked from an office at home and talked on the phone with patients, never being exposed to any hospital germs. I have had a cold for almost 3 weeks. Then I realized that it was cleansing my nose with the saline that had kept me healthy, and I immediately got on Amazon to order a bottle.

Works well but the dispenser leaves a little to be desired. You get a lot for what you pay for, though, so this is an easy 4 out of 5.

Helps lubricate my stuffy nose.

I used it up, but I fine that some other saline sprays help my sinuses moore. This, of course, could be specific to me.

This spray does an even better job that I would have hoped. With the warmly heated dry air radiators, my nose is constantly bleeding. This spray has kept my nose moist, prevented bleeding and allows me to breathe so much easier than I would otherwise be breathing.

A very big help for people with allergies and those having a problem with dry nostrils.

What is inside is what everyone uses. The bottle on these crater, and stay that way. Price is right so it might not be a problem for you .
