Colgin Liquid Smoke, Natural Hickory, 4-Ounce-SET OF 2

I love smoking meat however live in a flat so hard to always be able to smoke. This however add some of the smokiness that a smoker would give you with out much work. A little of this stuff goes a long way so the bottle will last a while and is good value for money if you dont have the option for always having a smoker.

This stuff is great and adds real flavour. Would have been 5 stars if the bottle hadn't been leaking

I love it, gives a nice smoky taste to my aubergine spread and BBQ ribs.

I primarily purchased because I wanted to make some vegan 'smoked salmon', but after finding out how versatile liquid smoke is I thought I'd give it a go. This is only the second time I have purchased and second brand I've used.I love smokey flavours, but this brand just doesn't have the deep, smokey depth of flavour I expected and as a result I found I had to use far more than I normally would to even give food a gentle hint of flavour. The overall product is just ok. If this was all I had available I'd use it, but imo there are better brands that provide a more robust flavour.

Good amount of smokiness but I feel it’s just lacking in depth, has more of a salty/vinegary taste after initial hit of smokiness

I have used another brand of liquid smoke and I think this one is better, much more natural flavour and smells very authentic. Great value also
