Classic Florsheim Beatle Boots
Nice boots! They're somewhat small for a men's boot i'm a girl reviewing this not a guy. So these worked out perfect for me. Thanks!

Florsheim Duke Boots
Great boots. Well made, seams are all straight. These are comfortable and the heel and sole are equal to a pair of regular dress shoes.

myfeet were killing me by the end of the evening!
I thought the shoes looked good. but were a terrible fit. I dont think i lasted an hour and my feet were in trouble. By the end of the evening my feet were in constant pain. Thats like 4 hours. dont buy them or sell them. The soul of the boot is wildly bad

Slicky, Shiney, Cardboardy
Slicky, Shiney, Cardboardy (new words - I know) The soles are slick. Be careful for the first 100,00 miles (or, couple of days). They shine like they're patent leather. That's not necessarily a bad thing. They're leather, but cardboardy (thin and stiff). They wear better after a week.Importantly, the heals are taller than normal. Enough where you have to catch your balance because the air is thinner at that altitude. Just joking there, BUT the heals are taller. That will make your butt stand up and that also is not necessarily a bad thing in certain social circles. Your call on that one.The zipper on the right boot unzips about halfway automatically after 30 minutes, or so. Consequently, doesn't match the left zipper which is solidly in place.Oh, and I usually go with a EE width but this shoe only offered an EEE. That turned out to be a blessing. They're narrower than normal. I can only imagine what my walk would have looked like with high heels, tight width, slicky soles and half unzipped.

Florsheim is about looking good from your feet up.
I’ve never been a slave to fashion which is obvious by the clothes hanging in my closet. But some of those really cool dudes that have a twisted sense of fashion could be considered tragically hip. These boots are like a wonderful flashback of the style that was so popular during the defining decade of the sixties.Mens fashions are currently at that trendy place where the mindless sheep follow along without question.I’m glad to say that I’m not part of that flock. I feel quite comfortable in a nice tailored solid color long sleeve shirt and slim fitting denim jeans that still have a new dark coloration to them.I’ve tried this boot style from different manufacturers but none of them have the fine details or high quality leather that stands up to daily use like these Duke Boots from Florsheim.I’ve received quite a few nice compliments from people I meet about how good my Duke Boots look and the size 10.5-3E is comfortable enough to wear all day and into the evening if the situation gets real interesting.I don’t dress to please other people. It’s impossible to please all the people all the time. People should dress in a manner that makes them feel confident and comfortable. Then they have a good aura that others can sense. It works for me. Other results may vary. And the beat goes on....
