Polar F5 Heart Rate Monitor WatchI am very pleased with this product. This comes with a strap which you wrap around your mid section. This monitors your heart rate by sending signals to the watch. In other words its hands free. It also has a sound option. You hear beeping unless your in your heart rate zone (either below or above your zone) Without looking at the watch you can tell if your in your zone! Very easy to program all your information in also.Great product!

This watch is perfect for my needs. It tell all the basic vital information. I usually bike alone or without other heart rate monitors around so I don't get interference. This model is now discontinued.

Wrist band is the size of an young adult or woman. This is not made for a man although the product review does not tell you that.

Very nice cadio watch.
Very light and easy to wear. This is my first running watch, so i can't bring more information, but it's nice to wear and motivate to running thanks to the sounds emited by.
