If went 2 sets of balls, recommend product that is Firm - no Very Firm
I bought these for the light green Neck Track trigger point release product (looks like a brick). They are a perfect fit for the product. I have severe, rope- like trigger points and frequently have trigger point injections and the Very Firm balls are to hard for me. If you want 2 sets, recommend going with product without Very Firm balls.

Yes, they work!
A friend and physical therapist recommended these, I was a little skeptical but they actually work! I use the extra firm more often than the firm, but definitely glad I got both. I use them every day and the vendor sent some very helpful hints via email. They came on time, neatly packaged with info in the package. Like the fact that they came in net bags with tie closures as I can transport these easily to yoga classes and not lose them.

Don't hesitate to buy the entire set!
I have bought these as part of the entire set including very soft, soft and medium pressured massage balls. I thought I'd be starting with the firm ones, but my back is so tight I've started with very soft and can already feel the effects. I'll be varying the pressure as I progress and am experimenting with different pressures on different bits of my body. The balls are beautifully designed, smooth and good quality and the instructional videos online are really easy to follow. Really pleased with my purchase!
