Quality Product!
Product arrived promptly in perfect condition! Saved me a lot of time while changing out bearings on my mixer. Easy to set-up and use, I would highly recommend this puller set! Very handy addition to my shop tools! Grip was much more stable than my old 2 leg puller. 5 star seller! Don't let the cheap price fool you, these are just as good as the higher priced ones i was looking at.

Great puller set!
I just received my Duratech 4pc gear puller set and immediately put it to use removing a motor pulley that I wasn’t able to remove with pry bars. Upon initial inspection and use, I’m really impressed with the quality, especially for the price. They seem really well made and have a nice fit and finish. Of course, the true test will come with a tough removal job.I want to comment on a couple of reoccurring complaints in negative reviews posted here. First, I’ve used quite a few expensive, USA made pullers in my job as an equipment mechanic. I’ve never seen a quality set that used lock nuts to hold the arms together. The idea is that you want to be able to change the arm configurations quickly, using only your fingers. Nylock nuts would require using two wrenches to do this. If you’re using the pullers as intended, the nuts should stay in place just fine. Also, I’ve seen complaints that the fingers of the puller arms don’t lay flat under the gear, pulley, etc. and that they will sometimes damage a bearing seal because of it. First off, the angle of the fingers is totally dependent on the diameter of the part you’re removing. Try using a smaller or larger puller if the finger angle is not working. To the other complaint, this is not a bearing puller! Also, some folks have complained that the fingers are too deep/thick to fit between a bearing and end bell or other adjacent surface. Shallower fingers are weaker and will be more prone to bending or breaking. If you need to save the bearing you’re removing, try using a bearing separator/puller kit. No puller will work for all applications. That’s why most commercial shops have a half dozen (or more) different sizes and types.Anyway, so far I’m very impressed with this kit.

These work wonders making life easier. Just don't let anyone use power tools on them. Just go slow and steady.

Nice set, and for cheapos, they work surprisingly well. Used it to change gearing ratios on my RZR, they worked like a champ, well worth the money..
