Works for monitor
Got for the kid as he has a powered monitor and this worked perfect to replace the old power adapter unit that failed. If getting for this then it is the right item. Not sure if it will works for any other product than a monitor.

These adapters do fail.
Did the trick. The old one was failing and the monitor was acting crazy.

Exactly what I needed
Purchased to replace a bad power brick for my Asus VG27AQ. Decided to grab one of the returned ones because shipping was faster and figured it was returned because it didn't fit someone else's device and it appears that's exactly what happened. I honestly needed 2 of these and will be purchasing a second unit shortly, just wanted to make sure it worked before buying multiple.I had an APC UPS that apparently malfunctioned and blew the fuses in 2 Asus OEM power bricks. Both panels were fine, they were stuck in a boot loop and would turn on for a second or two but turned off again while trying to show the Asus logo. For my Asus VG27AQ this replacement adapter fit perfectly and both monitors were able to power right up with no issues.

Works As Expected
Works perfectly. Great value for a replacement power supply and the build quality is great. Cord length is like the OEM one. Bought it to replace the bad power supply on my Asus monitor.

Definitely-Not-Asus
There's a sticker over the real supplier, and it's <sarcasm> DEFINITELY not the company I mentioned in the headline, I swear! </sarcasm> Which is conveniently exactly what I wanted, good stuff!

OEM likely has the same issue as the ASUS branded ones.
Good enough to get your monitor back up and running, but would suggest looking at the 90W bricks.Got 2 of these for my VG27AQ monitors whose orignal power bricks died 1 month after the 3 year warranty expired. One of these replacments just died about a year and 3 months later with the same symptoms as the ASUS ones. The other replacemnt is still running strong for now.Having 3/5 bricks fail within 1-3 years sure is an odd coincidence. These bricks are rated up to 65W, but I suspect sustained use at this level will cause the components to fail signifigantly faster. Going to try a 90W brick and see if that solves the longetivity issues. Will update this when I have time to perform a post mortem autopsy on the power bricks themselves.
