great shampoo
I found this product with a Regency Hyatt Hotel in San Antonia. I never use the shampoo in hotels so I took a chance and it was a great move in my part. Lucky I was able to find it Amazon. But Amazon did a horrible job with the way they package the product, had to return it and that was no problem and I re-order my products and this time it was perfect. But is a great product.

Please stop sending shampoo when I order body wash!
Love all versions of this product but they keep sending the shampoo when I specifically order body wash. At first I thought I made a mistake, but it's happened twice. Can someone at the company let me know if body wash just isn't available so I can stop trying to get the right order? LOVE this brand and product!!!!!!

The Hyatt Regency Hotel had this product as the shampoo, conditioner and body wash they provide.I loved all three products. Now I use them at home.

The soap is thin.
My initial experience with this product was while staying in a hotel. Realizing the body wash was vegan was very intriguing because I have sensitive skin and I of course wanted to experience this product bc of the smell and it being vegan. The smell is wonderful and long lasting, however the soap is thin. Considering the soap is 30.00 for an avg amount of soap, I had a strong desire to make it last. Using a loofa generates more of a latter. The soap is decent however I wish the soap wasn't as thin. Im not sure if I will purchase the soap again, once use the entire bottle I will decide to repurchase or not.

Bottle leaked before receiving. OnePump won’t work.
Bad protection from shipping. Expensive product. I like it but lost about a 1/4 if a bottle of shower soap because leaked during shipping. I forgot to take picture of box. Leaked thru box. I bought soap ,shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The conditioner bottle pump would not work. Probably won’t buy again.
