Great Flavor and Value
Don't believe the negative reviews!! We have been using white balsamic for many many years - a kitchen staple. We saved a couple of the smaller containers from other white balsamic purchases and just fill those with this big jug. I was a little concerned that the vinegar might not keep well. We bought this large jug 2 years ago and just finished it - just as good as at the start. This cost 13 cents an oz and compares extremely well with other white balsamics we have bought that cost 50 cents and oz and some a lot more!!Most important though - this is a very nice vinegar. The only negative review I agree with is that it did leak a little in shipping - just a little and so what - it does not spoil this product. If you like white balsamic as much as we do - BUY IT!!!

The real stuff
Trader Joe's used to have white Modena vinegar, and then they didn't. I've been missing it! This tastes almost exactly the same--maybe the same (it's been months since I ran out of TJ's variety). OK, you have to buy a whole gallon, but I'm sure I'll use it within a year, because it's mild and has really great flavor--a minuscule hint of sweet, not as in-your-face sour as distilled white vinegar or other white wine vinegars. Great for salads, marinades, collard greens, adding to boiling water for potato salad potatoes...Yum. And the price is great for a gallon of it, too.

Not like Trader Joe's white balsamic
Reviews said it was near perfect match for the discontinued Trader Joe's white balsamic vinegar. It's good. But it's not a close match.

Best vinegar ever
I use a lot of different vinegar produces. White, apple cider, both red and white wine vinegar, the lost goes on. But balsamic is one of my favorites. I use both the regular and the white, just depends on what I'm making. This is excellent for dressings, and any dish that you prefer not to chance ruining the appearance of the dish by using a dark product. And the taste is better then those tiny bottles you can get at your local store.

Numero Uno! Bellissimo! (dang good)
This Italian white basalmic vinegar is outstanding! After TJs discontinued their product, many have looked for a suitable replacement. Well this is it...and it's even better than TJs own version! It is smoother and more balanced, and for the quality of product, a great value.(I transferred it into a gallon glass jug, as I was leery of leaving an acidic product in the plastic jug, long term.)

This is NOT white balsamic vinegar
This is not balsamic vinegar but a blend. In order to reduce you will need to add an equal part either sugar or honey since this product will not thicken up on it's own. All in all a harsh taste.

Huge flavor and size
I love white balsamic vinegar but after Trader Joe’s discontinued their brand I had a hard time looking for a lower sugar one that are 7-8$ a bottle - I found this absolute gem on Amazon - amazing flavor - not too acidic not too sweet - just received this yesterday and have already woofed down two huge cucumber salads - makes an awesome vinaigrette - it is more yellow than white but I don’t find that a negative - highly recommended !!!

Awesome Vinegar!
This vinegar is a valid replacement for Trader Joe's Modena white vinegar, which they no longer carry.Taste is the same. Size is a bit of an issue, but I re-bottled it into a large colored glass bottle & now I have enough vinegar for a year!Recommended for anyone who has become enamored of TJ's white Modena. This will work as a substitute :)
