Best option on the market
I'll start with the downsides: as some reviews mention, you do need to replace these every two weeks or so because the glue weakens and your skin buildup makes the texture less grippy. Also, even the thinnest pads will alter the way you glasses fit on your nose. I have a pair of acrylic frames that become uncomfortably tight on my nose bridge if I put the stickers on too high.Keeping those caveats in mind, these are still game changers for me and my autistic sensory needs. My frames don't slide around and I actually wear them now. Without nose grips, I can't tolerate the way glasses feel on my face for more than an hour. Other grip products haven't been able to stop the slipping, but these do the trick. You get longer wear if you are careful about cleaning your lenses and clean your nose right before you put on your glasses. If slipping glasses are sensory hell for you, these might let you graduate to sensory purgatory.

Comfortable and very effective
GREAT I got this cause I had new glasses that were hard to get perfectly adjusted. The falled down on my noseI chose these pads because they were ultra-thin. They are comfortable at contact place with your skin. There are not super sticky, work well and are comfortablePricey, but they're high quality. And I will definitely buy again.

Two weeks in, and so far these are performing much better than other products I've tried [UPDATED]
[UPDATE] Okay, yeah, the pads have started to slide around a bit. They haven't come off, but I find them sliding outward, so they start to protrude a little and are more visible when I look in the mirror (kind of a dorky look to have nosepads sticking out from your glasses). Still, they definitely keep my glasses from sliding down my face, and there are multiple pairs in the package, so I'll probably swap them out for new ones in a couple of weeks. I'd say that's still a superior experience from having to reapply wax multiple times a day.*Original review*:I've seen reviews mentioning the pads coming off or not adhering properly—I haven't had that problem. I have a pair of plastic Warby Parker frames, and I thoroughly wiped down the bridge with isopropyl alcohol and let it fully dry before sticking the pads on. They're still firmly on there and don't seem like they're going to budge anytime soon.I had previously bought the wax product, and I wanted to like it; it seems like a quality product and the design and packaging is appealing. These pads are less impressive at first glance: It seems "Setex" just took a bunch of 3M sticky pads and cut them to this shape/size and are now selling them to you at a profit. Alas, they work!My glasses have been sitting firmly on my nose since I've been using these pads. No fuss, no mess ... which, unfortunately, there was a fair amount of with the wax: reapplying multiple times a day, accidentally smearing wax on your lenses ...So yeah, I think I'm gonna keep using this product, and with the multiple pairs that come in each package, I expect they're going to last me a long time.

Did Not Stop Sliding at All
Another one bites the dust in my search for anti-slip pads that work with my Meta Ray-Ban glasses. Since my Rx is very thick, the combined weight of these glasses has been a nightmare trying to keep them on my face. I was hopeful these would do the trick, but after only an hour of wear, my glasses started sliding down again. They did not hold up well at all in the heat, either. As soon as I was outside, sweating, my glasses were at the tip of my nose. Very disappointing because these were easy to install, they were thin enough to fit into the charging case, and they felt comfortable.

They work!
These anti-slip nose pads are great! I have a pretty flat nose, so it's very hard for me to keep my glasses on. My glasses don't have those plastic nose pads, they are the kind in the pictures above. I was warned that these types of plastic frames were not good for my type of nose, but I REALLY wanted these fames. As a result, I had to push my glasses up every couple of minutes. They kept sliding down, and it was both frustrating and annoying. I don't have to tell you that, though. That's why we're all here. I searched online for a solution, and found my way to these nose pads. These pads work really well. My glasses stay in the right spot on my face, which is super important, especially with progressive lenses. I bought them in January, and am about to use my last pair. I have clear frames and an oily nose, so I always feel the need to "wash" and dry my frames with a microfiber cloth. Even with all of that going on, they still last me for about 3 to 5 weeks before they start coming off. That's how you know it's time to replace them. I know that a lot of people don't like that, but I don't mind so much because it pretty much says that in the description. I am going to buy a new pack, though this time I'm going to try the thinnest ones because a lot of people say those are better for use with progressive lenses. We'll see which ones I like better. For now, I definitely recommend these.

So Far, So Good
During all these 90-degrees days my glasses were constantly slipping while I was outside. I’ve had these for a week and they’re keeping my glasses in place. They fit just right with no trimming and are virtually invisible. They haven’t slid out of place at all. After reading reviews, I did use tweezers to carefully handle them very close to the edges when applying. They really are very sticky. Glad I tried them.
