Q: How is it installed in new construction, what king of energy use / cost per month?

Hi Jim - This unit is 14.25" wide and 22.25" tall. It's designed to fit through a regular stud cavity of an interior wall, usually about 6" below ceiling. It needs a dedicated 20amp and will connect to a standard 110v outlet.
