I can not express how helpful these are. I can ice my hand and still move around. The temperature of them is perfect. I bout two sets a while back after carpal tunnel surgery. I bought a couple new ones for my hands that now have arthritis. These are even nice than the last set. Only complaint is that they stayed colder longer but not a big deal.

This ice wrist glove is absolutely perfect for easing the pain in my wrist and thumb from over doing at my age. It is very soft and the large fits my hand perfectly. The cooling lasts about 15 min which is about normal for this type of cooling brace.

I was excited to pick these up as a more convenient way to provide temporary pain relief to my wrists eject they act up. And they are almost wonderful.Good: Snug ambidextrous fit. Can flip inside out to mirror the same pad depth front and back of wrist/hand compared to one worn on opposites hand. Padding is squishy and once no longer frozen can be used as a stress ball.Bad: Heat application. Micing in five second intervals out of fear you'll burn through the gloves is ridiculous. Once they do get up to a decent temp, you get five minutes warmth before it all disapates. Cold application. The redeeming quality, but broken. These are always far too cold when removed from freezer to put on directly. I usually wait around five minutes rhyme wearing copper fingerless gloves to provide a insulating layer. The cold does go to work right away, so your do get that initial over blast of pain relief. But similar to the heat, next thing you know the gloves are sitting at room temperature.

I purchased the wrist brace for women, but it runs very small. It feels great when it’s on it’s soft. It’s nice and cool from the freezer but it only stays cool for about 10 to 15 minutes so I found myself running back-and-forth throwing it in and out of the freezer.

This wrist ice pack fits perfectly and does the job well to treat carpal tunnel syndrome or other wrist issues. My only suggestion is that there would be a second ice pack included so that you could ice for longer. The current ice pack only last about 15 minutes.
