Works great, love it
I’d been looking for a good wig moisturizing leave in spray for quite sometime and this was actually recommended to me by a friend. A little bit of spray goes a long way. I spray my wigs before I put them on and it leaves them feeling soft, detangled and moisturized. I also spray them and brush the out before I hang them up as I’ve had wigs tangle just from being hung up, so I spray and brush them out first and I really like it also because the spray doesn’t leave behind a residue and it’s lightweight. It doesn’t make my wigs feeling greasy at all, they’re soft and manageable after spraying them prior to putting them on. Sometimes I’ll even spray them once a day for a little touch up. My wigs style great too. I highly recommend this spray.

Will buy again
I used this spray when removing my tape-in extensions. I didn't use the product by itself, I also used an alcohol solution to remove the tape adhesive. I wanted to use an additional product on top of the alcohol so my hair wouldn't get all dried out. This spray smells amazing and works great. It doesn't have a spray nozzle that works if you hold the bottle upside down, so make sure you hold up upright when spraying it. I know a couple reviews mentioned the spray would stop working. The only time it stopped working for me was when I was holding it all different ways while spraying my head.I can't speak on how well this product works by itself, but I really liked it in combination with my other products. It smells so good and it was well worth it for the price.

Easy to use.
Like the spray on but doesn't remove the glue completely from my scalp. Have to use several applications& there is still a sticky residue on my scalp.

This Really Works
The media could not be loaded. I needed to remove a wig I had installed for two weeks without pulling out my hair during removal. I did not have high hopes for this spray but really didn't know what to expect. This REALLY worked. I sprayed the lace and parts of the wig that had glue or wig tape beyond the edges and the wig immediately began to lift and loosen its grip on my head. It was harder to get it loose from the wig tape but the glue immediately let go of its choke hold and I was able to remove the wig. The spray also helped with rolling the glue off of the lace only leaving stubborn bits here and there. It does not have a strong alcohol smell, instead it smells a bit sweet and floral, and does not have a greasy feel. I highly recommend this spray.

Great product.
Used this to take out my tape in hair extensions. I was able to spray and let the oil sit and the glue from the tape came right off. Saved my hair from damage and kept it smooth in the process. Will definitely purchase again.

Works good and fast
Product works as described. I use it when removing a glued lace wig and it gets the glue off great without needing to let it sit for awhile. Good scent in my opinion too. The only issue i had with my order was that it came slightly spilled but it wasn’t a huge deal.

Will leave your hair looking like trash.
I decided to stay away from Shea Moisture after they changed their recipe and started catering to biracial and white women. The products had devolved into garbage and did nothing for my hair. Then I saw that they had a wig and weave line. Surely someone must have told them how to maintain these types of hair. NO.I spent $129 tightening and washing my weave and re-securing the front with glue. Then, I stupidly applied another Shea Moisture to Black hair. It is beyond oily. A little does go a long way towards ruining your weave. It looks like a rat’s nest! I did my hair, went to work, and a coworker ran up to me and dragged me to the bathroom. In the thirty minutes from styling to office, I devolved into a madwoman. I had to put my hair in a bun and add a headband that someone lent me. It was still frizzy, but it somewhat looked like I’d deliberately styled it.Now, I have to buy another weave. I tried a spray bottle and water. My stylist said that it would require washing, deep conditioning and me coming in to do my edges again. Possibly retightening, depending on how ghastly the war will be to detangle. I’m just going to buy a new weave and install. I’m not wasting money, only to have my stylist tell me that she can’t do anything about it.$120. Down the drain.Don’t buy this product!
