So yummy and easy to make!
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this variety pack blew me away! Every shape was super yummy and incredibly easy to cook. It’s such a great alternative to regular pasta. It was light, low-cal, and still satisfying. The texture held up really well, and it paired beautifully with all kinds of sauces and flavors (especially pesto and spicy marinara!). Perfect for anyone watching carbs or calories but still craving that pasta feel. Will definitely be reordering!

Great product
I can’t say enough about this product, I decided to try it because it’s low-carb and low-calorie and you can add whatever you want with it to give it a good taste vegetables , sauces and seasonings. The texture is a little different but I’ve gotten used to it and love it. It lets me feel like I’m having noodles which I miss trying to follow a low carb.

Great pasta substitude, I reccommend giving it a try.
It's amazing with sauce, meat, and/or beans. The only issue I have is that it's slightly gristly in the center, otherwise it's absolutely great. Of course, it's not regular pasta, so it doesn't behave exactly like regular pasta, but that's to be expected. It's pretty darn close, better than any other pasta substitute I've had. The shape is amazing, the flavor is basically nonexistent which for me is a good thing since pasta is really all about the texture and fill for me.Adding some cheese on top can make a big difference, and with how low calorie and low carb this pasta really is, you can afford to have a few extras since most pasta dishes suffer from the caloric content of the pasta itself. With this? No worries.Has no smell and is nice and sturdy/strong like a real noodle. I love the variety that comes with it. It is a bit expensive, but honestly I don't regret this purchase. It's given me a nice break from the constant fight with weight loss.I read a lot online about konjac upsetting stomach, and I haven't had many issues so far, although this is only my second day/third bag. That's right. I ate two bags in one day. The most I've had is just a small bit of discomfort in my lower intestine before I have to go number two, and feeling super full a short while after eating it.

Stay away if you have a sensitive stomach
Giving it 3 stars because the taste wasn’t bad. Took away 2 stars for a the toilet trauma I just experienced. Ok so the first one I tried was the fettuccine. It was ok. The pasta sauce I used was kind of bland so the experience was meh. Last night I decided to be more inventive and tried the spaghetti with some delicious sauce I made. I made sure to rinse it really well and I stir fried it first before mixing it with the sauce. Came out pretty great. To the point that the texture wasn’t that noticeable at all. But now fast forward to this morning. I had woken up and drank my morning ketones. My stomach started hurting and I found it weird as my ketones drink don’t make my stomach hurt at all. So I run to the bathroom and unload. Omg what happened next to was the stuff of nightmares. I see what looks like a worms (forgetting about the spaghetti last night) and thinking I’m here releasing parasites. And then it hit me. Omg the noodles. But that hasn’t happened with the fettuccine style ones. So whatever I figured whatever it’s made of is not digestible. Then about 45 min later after drinking like 32 oz of water I run to the bathroom and I kid you not the rest of the package came out. All intact. Exactly how it comes when you first open it. Then it turned into nonstop diarrea. So needless to say, if you have a sensitive stomach, just stay away. Other than that it’s not a bad pasta substitute if you season well. Hope this review was helpful.

Excellent product for what it is. Super low in carbs.
I like this pasta substitute enough to eat it most of the time I want some variation of pasta. It has decent texture but is low on flavor which is OK as it is just a vehicle for my sauce. To bad U.S. wheat is laced with glyphosate unlike Italian wheat where it is prohibited by law from being used. Buy Italian pasta where it's available and it is more and more these days. It also has superior taste.

What happened to quality control?! **UPDATE**
I’ve ordered this product before and LOVED it!My current order (spaghetti) seems *off*.4 out of the 6 packs, the noodles have the texture and look of dried ramen noodles. Cooking the DOES NOT help with the dry texture (decided to throw them out didn’t want to take a chance)The other 2 packs are normal (like what I’ve received before).Super disappointed! These are NOT cheap. Just money down the drain.Guess it’s time to try another Brand next time.EDIT: *UPDATE*The company reached out to me and offered a full refund.I have updated my review to 5 stars ⭐️ (for a couple reasons).1) The company stands by their product!2) The company cares about its customers (pretty rare these days)!3) Their products really are fantastic. I’m so glad whatever quality control issues they had have been resolved, because I love their noodles.I will definitely be reordering “Its Skinny Pasta”!!

Speghetti style
PERFECT in every way for my taste. I mean, it's easy to just drain and heat up slightly in a skillet to get remaining moisture out and then just pour over your hot pasta sauce and you've got a great tasting meal. The texture is darned close to regular spaghetti, no weird taste at all and it's a vessel for any sauces you choose to put on it. I've eaten this with my homemade chili for a 5-way and I've had it with Italian sauce and mushrooms and ground beef mixed in and both ways were amazingly delicious! The calories and carbs that I save are awesome for the healthy way I eat and my desire to watch my weight! It's worth the money!

Zero Point Pasta!!
A great substitution if you are new to a low-carb/no-carb diet and still crave pasta. It comes packed in water and shelf shelf-stable. An easy addition to stir-fry, chicken, fish, or even on its own. It does have a little bit of a 'rubbery' or 'chewy' texture, but it adds volume to a dish without the calories or carbs. This is a Zero-Point food for those on Weight Watchers.
