The media could not be loaded. It's ignition not working as expected. You have to try multiple times for ignite. Feels risky and have to wait for your lucky click to start the hob. Would not recommend it.

Basically I am very happy with the product, the one downside is that very quickly the front right burner ignition stopped working but all the others are fine. I just use a lighter to light that one. For the price it is excellent and looks really good in my kitchen.

Is not easy you need a technician

EDIT: After speaking to Karinear customer service, they promptly sent a replacement hob which also was also slightly crooked. They followed this up with a video on how to fix the issue. As it couldn't completely be fixed like new, they gave me a full refund. So although the product didn't meet my expectations, the customer service was 5 stars! For this reason I have increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars.Really happy with the look and design of the hob for what seemed like a great price. Once I had fitted it into the work top and it was level, I noticed both rings were crooked. On further inspection I saw both footers were dented into the body. Although packaging was intact, it looks as though it had been dropped during manufacturing? The gas only comes out of one side of each ring and renders the whole unit useless.I hope this is a one off and I would like a replacement sent to my address and hope I can edit this review.If you are buying this two burner hob, please double check the quality before fitting!
